甘肃省体育教育专业足球人才培养与社会需求研究

【摘要】 知识经济时代,人口结构的变化,人们对体育需求的改变,娱乐、康复、健身事业的飞速发展,均会对体育教育专业的发展产生巨大的冲击,同时也会提供绝佳的发展机遇。由于我国高等教育改革的深入,高校招生规模不断扩大,全民健身计划的实施以及就业竞争日趋激烈等因素的影响,我国体育教育专业的人才培养模式日渐暴露出它的局限性。随着社会主义市场经济的发展,社会对人才的需求标准越来越高,再用传统的模式培养体育专业人才,显然已经不能适应当今社会对体育人才的需求,所以我们必须改变观念,建立正确的体育人才培养价值取向和思维方式,探索新时期新的体育教育专业人才培养模式。本研究以甘肃地区6所高校体育教育本科专业足球专项人才培养模式以及甘肃地区对体育教育专业足球人才需求为主要研究内容,运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计等方法进行研究,对甘肃地区各本科院校体育教育专业的发展现状、培养规格、社会需求现状等方面进行较为全面的研究。通过研究笔者得出以下结论:1.甘肃省本科院校体育教育专业毕业生就业困难,属于就业危机。其原因是(1)由于高校扩招,精英型教育向大众型教育转变,高校毕业生人数大幅度增加。(2)独生子女及优越的生活条件改变了学生的求职观念。学生对就业观念没有清楚的认识和估计,缺乏择业竞争意识,抱有等、看、靠观念和依赖思想。(3)部分学生的专项能力和技术水平不够过硬,达不到用人单位的基本要求。(4)毕业生考取研究生和公务员比例较低。2.甘肃省本科院校体育教育专业培养目标和课程设置在一定方面还存在着问题,制约着我省体育教育专业足球人才与社会需求之间的供需问题,应根据市场需求,协调好学科与术科、主干课与一般课、必修与选修课、现选与任选课之间的各种关系,注重学生能力培养,完善课程设置。3.甘肃省本科院校体育教育足球专业学生基础水平层次不齐,存在着两级分化的现象,直接影响到教学质量和教学效果,导致教师教学的积极性和学生参与程度的严重影响。4.甘肃省本科院校体育教育专业足球教师中青年教师偏少,有断层现象;教师队伍相对老龄化;足球教师的学历依然以本科学历为主,硕士研究生其次,博士研究生无一人,与国家规定的高校体育教育专业的学历职称存在着很大的差距;讲师和助教年龄比例偏高,教授比例偏低,职称结构不太合理。5.甘肃省本科院校体育教育足球专业毕业生就业形势严峻,就业形势属于就业危机。其产生的原因有:培养目标不够明确、人才培养质量不能保证、培养手段过于单一、评价指标不细、就业岗位增长缓慢和就业观念发生错位。6.甘肃省本科院校体育教育足球专业改革与发展应该从更新观念入手,改革培养模式,建立“1.5+2.5”体育教育专业人才培养模式、强化师资队伍,组建优质高效教学科研团队、实行教育实习双导师制,饯行专业实践与加强实习基地建设、搭建体育教育专业学习资源平台和完善教学质量监控体系来满足社会对体育教育足球专业人才需求的新的足球专业结构体系。

【Abstract】 In era of knowledge economy, demographic changes, changes in people’s needs in sports, recreation, rehabilitation, fitness cause of huge impact in physical education, also provide excellent opportunities for development. Since the deepening reformation of Chinese higher education , the expanded enrollment of college , the implement of the national fitness program, the increasing competitive of employment and other factors, our physical education professional training model gradually exposed its limitations with the development of socialist market economy and the social increasing standard for talent , then the traditional model for professional training apparently can not adjust to today’s demands. So we must change the attitude of sports personnel training and establish the correct values and concept to explore the training model for new era of physical education .This research is based on professional soccer training mode of physical education major in Gansu province’s six colleges and demands for professional physical talents in Gansu area. Methods ,such as, documents and materials, questionnaire, expert’s interview, mathematical, are used to study the current situation of development, specifications of training, social demands etc of physical education major of all college in Gansu. The author of the thesis gets such conclusions,1. It is difficult for graduates of Physical Education Colleges in Gansu Province to employ, and it belongs to employment crisis. The reason is that (1) Due to college enrollment, elite education to mass education, the number of college graduates increase substantially. (2) The excellent living conditions of only children leads to changes of their concept of employment. Students have no clear understanding and estimation of employment, they are lack of career awareness, and hold the attitude of waiting, seeing and relying. (3) Part of students’special ability and skill level is not enough competent, not reach the basic requirements for employers. (4) The proportion of graduates to qualify as graduate students and civil servants are low.2. Physical Education major of Universities in Gansu Province , its goals and curriculum also have problems, which restricting physical education in our province and the social needs of professional football talents between the supply and demand, it should be based on market demand, and coordinate academic and technical subjects, trunk class and the general classes, compulsory and elective courses’various relationships and focusing on capacity building of students ,improving the curriculum.3.The students’level of Physical Education major of Universities in Gansu Province is uneven, there is the phenomenon of polarization, which directly impact on teaching quality and effectiveness, the enthusiasm of teaching and involvement of student are severely affected.4.Physical Education major of Universities in Gansu Province, there is short of young football teacher and there are fault phenomenon; teachers are relative aged, the football teachers’qualifications are mainly bachelor, follows postgraduates and no doctorate. There is a considerable gap between national regulation college of Physical Education professional qualifications. The high proportion of aged lecturers and teaching assistant, low proportion of professor, unreasonable of title structure.5.Physical Education major of Universities in Gansu Province, football professional students employment situation is grim, employment situation belongs to employment crisis. Its causes may include : training objectives not clear enough, does not guarantee quality of personnel training and training methods over a single, evaluation index is not detailed , slow job opportunities, the dislocation of employment concept.6.Physical Education major of Universities in Gansu Province Reform and Development of football should start from new ideas and reform training mode, a " One and one half+ Two and one half" Physical Education Professional Training Mode, and strengthen teaching staff, high quality and effective teaching and research team set up and implement educational practice double system, and a farewell to enhance professional practice and practice base, build professional learning resource platform for physical education and improve the teaching quality monitoring system to meet the social needs of physical education professional football professional structure of the new system.
