【摘要】 当前我国政治道德建设的研究,随着反腐败斗争的深入和对政治道德建设要求的增强而日益迫切,已成为人们普遍关注的课题。政治道德是政治伦理学、政治学的一个分支,也是一门应用伦理学。笔者认为,政治道德是指政治行为主体(包括政府、政党、政治组织、政府管理者和公民个人)必须拥有的价值属性,是基于一定的政治理想与和维护一定的政治秩序的需要,在政治实践过程中形成的政治伦理价值观、道德准则以及政治行为主体的道德规范总和。我国正处于社会转型期,加强社会主义政治道德建设具有重大的理论意义和实践意义。政治道德不仅是保障社会稳定,扭转社会风气的需要,而且是进一步发展社会主义市场经济、完善社会主义民主政治、建设社会主义精神文明、实现全民小康、建设社会主义和谐社会的根本保障。本文就是从对政治道德的学理分析出发,着重探讨社会转型期我国政治道德的建设问题。文章第一部分从分析政治道德的基本理论入手,对政治道德的涵义及我国政治道德的基本内涵做了基本的界定与概述;第二部分阐述了社会转型期我国政治道德建设的重要性与必然性;文章第三部分阐述了社会转型期我国政治道德建设的现状,在肯定成绩的同时也对我国政治道德建设的失范现象做了探讨,并对其成因进行了较为客观的分析;第四部分着重阐述了社会转型期我国政治道德建设的途径:首先,确立社会主义政治道德价值观是政治道德建设的核心,其次,提高领导干部的道德修养是政治道德建设的关键,再次,加强对公共权力有效的监督与制约是政治道德建设的制度保障,最后,推进政治道德规范的法制化、扩大公民有序合法的政治参与分别是政治道德建设的法制基础和群众基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,China’s political and moral construction of research, with the deepening of the struggle against corruption and the strengthening of political and moral construction of increasingly urgent requirement has become a widespread concern. Political morality and political ethics, political science, a branch of applied ethics is one. The author believes that political morality is the political actors (including government, political parties, political organizations, government regulators and private citizens) must have the value of property is based on a certain political ideal and political order and maintain a certain need, in the political the formation of political practice ethical values, moral standards and ethics of political actors combined. China is undergoing social transition, strengthen the building of socialist political ethics is of great theoretical and practical significance. Political morality is not only to ensure social stability and the need to reverse the social atmosphere, but also the further development of socialist market economy, improve the socialist democracy and building socialist spiritual civilization and realize full well, building a socialist harmonious society, the fundamental security.This article is from the academic analysis of political ethics proceeding focuses on the social transformation of our political morality building. The first part of the article, the political and moral overview of the basic theory and analysis, understanding the meaning of the political ethics and political morality in our country’s basic meaning; the second part of the Transition Period in China described the construction of political and moral importance and necessity; Article No. 3 describes the social transformation of our political and moral construction of the current situation, in affirming the results should also see the construction of China’s political and moral anomie, and then analyzes the reasons for its formation; fourth part of the social transition, and then come to our political and moral construction ways: First, to establish a socialist political and moral values are the core of political and moral construction, and secondly, to improve the moral training of leading cadres is the key to building political morality, again, strengthen the public power of effective supervision and restriction of political and moral construction of system protection, and finally, push forward the political ethics of the legal system, expand the orderly participation in politics are the legitimate political and moral construction of the legal basis and mass basis.更多还原
