【摘要】 在全球化不断深入发展，国与国之间的相互联系不断加强的今天，国家安全的内容也随之发生了重大的变化。国家在强调其传统的军事安全、政治安全重要性的同时，信息安全、文化安全、金融安全等等也随之成为组成国家安全的重要内容。文化交流的日益频繁，使得西方国家以其强大的科技、经济等硬实力为后盾，凭借各种手段对包括中国在内的广大发展中国家实施文化侵略战略，中国的文化安全受到了前所未有的挑战。如何应对这种挑战，已成为构建中国文化安全战略中必须思考和解决的一个重要课题。正确认识和解决经济全球化进程中中国的文化安全问题，对维护国家的整体安全战略和国家利益至关重要。威胁我国文化安全的因素是来自于多方面的，既有外在的国际因素如西方国家的文化霸权主义、自由主义思想的传播对中国意识形态的挑战等等，也有来自于我国国内的一些因素，如一些传统的封建思想的影响，自身对西方文化的“臣服”与“照搬”等等。内外因素的共同作用，使得我国在文化安全方面所面临的挑战日益的凸显出来，维护中国的文化安全在维护国家安全方面的重要性不断的增强。在全球化背景下维护中国的文化安全，除了建立相应的文化安全预警机制、大力推动我国文化产业的创新能力之外，还应当从根本上大力发展我国的经济，通过增强我国的综合国力来达到扩大我国文化在世界上的影响力。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the further development of globa lization and the relationship among thecountries increasingly strengthening, the security content of the country today hasmade great changes. When it put emphasis on the importance of the traditiona lmilitary security and politics security, mea nwhile, it also focuses on informationsecurity, culture security and fina nce security. As the cultural excha nge dramatica llygrows, western countries depending on their advanced science technology, andpowerful economy powerfulness have adopted the cultural aggression strategies toChina including ma ny other developing countries by all mea ns. Then the culturesecurity of China has been subject to unprecedentedly challenge. How to deal with thechallenges has become a crucia l item to construct the culture security strategy ofChina. To correctly recognize and resolve the culture security problem of China in theprocess of the globa lization is of great importance to defend the overa ll nationa linterest.The factors which threaten our nationa l culture security are both external andinternal. The external factors are from internationa l countries, for example,Hegemonism of the western countries and the spread of their Libera lism thought ,which poses the great challenges to Chinese ideology, etc. The internal factors includethe influence of the feudal ideology as well as the conception of "surrender" and"copy" to the western culture.With the influence of them, the challenges from culturesecurity of China has been increasingly prominent, and safeguarding the culturesecurity has become more and more important in safeguarding the nationa l security.In the background of globa lization, to ma inta in the culture security of China isnot only to establish the correspondent culture safety warning mecha nism and promotethe innovation of culture industry, also should fundamenta lly devote major efforts todevelop China’s economy, enhancing its comprehensive nationa l strength to expandour cultural influence in the world.更多还原
