飞机起落架抗疲劳制造工艺决策支持系统研究

【摘要】 随着我国大飞机工程的推进,飞机起落架设计、制造正朝着更安全、高可靠性、高技术的方向发展,以不断提高其抗疲劳性能,延长其使用寿命,因此,飞机起落架抗疲劳技术的研究具有十分重要的现实意义。本文对飞机起落架抗疲劳制造工艺决策支持系统开展研究,设计开发基于Web的飞机起落架抗疲劳制造工艺决策支持系统,实现其部分功能需求。本文主要完成的研究内容如下:(1)飞机起落架抗疲劳制造工艺决策支持系统总体结构的设计以决策支持系统、专家系统和智能推理技术为基础,根据系统的应用需求,基于J2EE技术构建了飞机起落架抗疲劳制造工艺决策支持系统总体结构,划分了系统的功能模块。(2)系统数据源的设计实现对起落架抗疲劳制造工艺模型之间逻辑关系的定义,并根据抗疲劳制造工艺模型的不同类别,以树形层次结构的管理方式实现对起落架抗疲劳制造工艺模型的可视化管理。提出采用三维框架结构表示方法,对起落架抗疲劳制造工艺模型的特征信息建模,实现抗疲劳制造工艺模型的特征信息的可扩展性。(3)飞机起落架抗疲劳制造工艺推理决策的设计与实现为实现系统的智能性、高效性,本文提出采用以基于飞机起落架抗疲劳制造工艺知识推理和基于飞机起落架抗疲劳制造工艺应用实例推理有机结合的混合推理机制,寻求最优的抗疲劳制造工艺,辅助起落架设计人员设计出抗疲劳性能高的起落架。(4)系统及其关键技术开发实现研究了决策支持系统的开发环境和开发实现技术,详细讨论了基于Web的文档编辑、数学公式编辑以及动态树生成等关键技术,介绍了决策支持系统所实现的关键功能模块,验证了本文所研究的成果。

【Abstract】 With the development of the large-scale aircraft project, the design and manufacture of aircraft landing gear trends to the direction of more safety, more reliability and high-technology, to improve anti-fatigue properties of its and lengthen its service-life.It becomes more and more important to study anti-fatigue technology for the aircraft landing gear. In this thesis, Web-based decision-making support system for anti-fatigue manufacturing process of aircraft landing gear is studied. The system structure is designed and some functions are implemented.The major work of this paper completed is as follows:(1)Design of the frame of decision-making support system for anti-fatigue manufacturing process of aircraft landing gear Based on decision-making support system, expert system and intelligent reasoning technology, and according to the application requirements of this system, a frame of decision-making support system for anti-fatigue manufacturing process of aircraft landing gear is built up on the J2EE technology platform, and the system’s functional modules is divided.(2)Design of the data source of the system In the thesis, the logic relation of the anti-fatigue manufacturing process model is defined and the system implemented the visualized management of anti-fatigue manufacturing process models according to the category of them. By three-dimension frame structure, the anti-fatigue manufacturing process model’s feature information model is defined , to achieve the expandability of them.(3)Design and implementation of reasoning decision for anti-fatigue manufacturing process of aircraft landing gear To make the system more intelligence and efficiency, a hybrid fast reasoning mechanism composed by anti-fatigue manufacturing knowledge-based reasoning and anti-fatigue manufacturing case-based reasoning is designed to find the optimal manufacturing process of anti-fatigue. It assist designer to design high anti-fatigue landing gear.(4)Development and implement of the system and its key technology The decision-making support system development environment is introduced, and the key technology of the system development is detailed, such as Web-based document modification, mathematical formulas modification and the achievement of dynamic-tree generation.
