水泥混凝土路面错台病害的评定方法及处治技术

【摘要】 本论文依托交通部西部交通科技项目《水泥混凝土路面工作状态评价及预防性养护技术研究》进行研究。错台是水泥混凝土路面最主要的病害之一,也是水泥混凝土路面养护工作的主要内容之一。错台的存在会显著降低路面的使用性能、加速路面的结构性破坏、增加道路使用成本等。因此有必要对错台产生原因、检测方法、评价标准、处治措施以及错台对路面平整度的影响进行研究,从而为道路管养部门确定养护时机和选择养护措施提供帮助,最终实现延长道路使用寿命、提高车辆行驶质量和降低使用成本的目标。本文对山西夏汾路和广西的部分不同结构,不同使用环境和不同服务年限的水泥混凝土路段进行了现场调研,发现错台是水泥混凝土路面使用早期最主要的病害之一。收集了广西的部分道路和夏汾路加铺前的检测数据进行分析,建立了每公里错台长度与道路使用年限间的相关关系模型。对水泥混凝土路面出现早期病害的原因进行了分析,得出水泥混凝土路面使用早期出现错台的主要影响因素是设计与施工、环境以及交通量与轴载。在重庆地区选择了两个典型的水泥混凝土路段,对选定典型路段的错台量和局部平整度指标进行了检测,建立了二者之间的相关关系模型。同时,建立了基于行驶质量水平的错台量分级标准;并提供了一种快速和有效的错台检测的新方法。针对不同错台量等级,提出了对应的处治措施。最后,在重庆地区选择两段水泥混凝土路段作为试验路段,用灌浆法对水泥混凝土板底脱空病害进行了处治。

【Abstract】 As a major distress for cement concrete pavement, joint faulting is a main event for pavement maintenance. It can accelerate the pavement’s structural damage, increase the road’s application costs, then significantly reduce the pavement roughness and ride quality. So it is necessary to research the causes of slab faulting, detecting methods of joint faulting, evaluation criterion for faulting treatment measures, and the correlation between the joint faulting and pavement roughness. These researches can help the traffic departments to choose the time and method for certain faulting treatment measures. Such goals as enhancing the ride comfort, extending the pavement’s longevity and reducing the operation costs will be achieved at last.After surveying the Xia-Fen expressway in Shanxi province and several expressways in Guangxi province, the truth that joint faulting is a major distress for cement concrete pavement has been found out. When collecting analyzing the relevant data of the expressways mentioned above was finished, the correlation model between the length of joint faulting per kilometer and the pavement’s longevity was established reasonably.Based on the analyzing on the reasons which caused the early distress, the factors causing the faulting can be summarized as follows: design and construction, environment, axle-bearing and traffic volume.Two typical pavement sections were chosen, the faulting values and Local Roughness Index of the represent cement concrete pavement were detected, then the relationship model between the faulting values and local roughness Index were established. With achievements mentioned above, the grading standard of faulting values based on the ride quality can be obtained, and a new method for detecting faulting values is offered in this paper.Besides, the treatment measures for each level of the joint faulting can be found in this paper, and void distress of two pavement sections chosen in Chongqing City is cured by mud jacking.
