基于儒家和谐文化的现代和谐班级建设的策略研究

【摘要】 构建社会主义和谐社会是一项系统工程,构建和谐班级是校园建设的重要载体。在儒家文化中有相当一部分蕴含了和谐的价值观和方法论,可以为和谐班级的建设提供宝贵的思想资源。在构建和谐班级的过程中对儒家和谐文化既不能全盘肯定也不能全盘否定,应该结合时代特征,根据班级的具体情况创造出独特的运用模式,为构建和谐班级提供方法论的指导。与此同时,和谐班级崇尚的和谐理念,也在一定程度上发展了儒家和谐文化。在班级的建设实践中,存在一些不和谐的现象:(1)生生关系的不和谐;(2)师生关系的不和谐;(3)师师关系的不和谐;(4)班级建设与家庭教育之间不和谐;(5)和谐班级的建设与学校评价体系的不和谐。上述不和谐现象产生的主要原因是:社会评价、教育观念的偏差以及传统文化的缺失。因此笔者认识到构建和谐班级的必要性和重要性,提出了建设和谐班级的对策,以期为班主任们提供一个可借鉴的参考方案。本文研究部分:第一部分引言,简述本文的研究意义和研究现状。第二部分是儒家和谐文化与现代和谐班级建设的关系。介绍了儒家和谐文化的内涵、基本思想、具有传统文化特色现代和谐班级的内涵与特征,以及儒家和谐文化为现代和谐班级建设的提供了思想资源。第三部分是现代和谐班级建设的不和谐现状及成因分析。通过分析和谐班级建设的现状,剖析了和谐班级建设过程中存在问题的原因。第四部分是基于儒家和谐文化的现代和谐班级建设的策略设计。主要从“天人合一”、“仁者爱人”、“为国以礼”、“和而不同”来分析构建和谐班级的策略,这是本文的重点。

【Abstract】 The construction socialism harmonious society is a systems engineering, the construction harmonious class and grade is the campus construction important carrier. Had quite a part in the Confucianist culture to contain the harmonious values and the methodology, might provide the precious thought resources for the harmonious class’s and grade’s construction. Already cannot consider to wholly positive in the construction harmonious class’s and grade’s process to the Confucianist harmonious culture cannot the total repudiation, should unify the historical characteristics, creates the unique utilization pattern according to class’s and grade’s special details, provides the methodology for the construction harmonious class and grade the instruction. Meanwhile, the harmonious class and grade advocates harmonious idea, also has developed the Confucianist harmonious culture to a certain extent.In class’s and grade’s construction practice, has some not harmonious phenomenon:(1) lives the relations not to be harmonious; (2) the teachers and students relations are not harmonious; (3) the teacher teacher relates is not harmonious; (4) between the class and grade construction and the home education is not harmonious; (5) the harmonious class’s and grade’s construction and the school appraisal system are not harmonious. The above not harmonious phenomenon produces the primary cause is:The society appraises, the education idea deviation as well as the traditional culture flaw. Therefore the author realized that to the construction harmonious class’s and grade’s necessity and the importance, proposed the construction harmonious class’s and grade’s countermeasure, provides the reference plan which take the time as the teachers in charge may use for reference. This article studies the part:The first part of introduction, summary this article research significance and research present situation.the second part is the relations which the Confucianist harmonious culture and the modern harmonious class and grade construct. Introduced the Confucianist harmonious culture’s connotation, the basic philosophy, have the traditional culture characteristic modern harmonious class’s and grade’s connotation and the characteristic, as well as the Confucianist harmonious culture constructed for the modern harmonious class and grade has provided the thought resources.the third part is not the harmonious present situation which and the origin analysis the modern harmonious class and grade constructs. Present situation which constructs through the analysis harmonious class and grade, analyzed the harmonious class and grade to construct in the process to have the problem the reason.the fourth part is the strategy design which constructs based on the Confucianist harmonious culture’s modern harmonious class and grade.Mainly "unites from the beauty", "the savant spouse", "for the country by the ritual", "to be friendly but not at the expense of principles" analyzes the construction harmonious class’s and grade’s strategy, this is this article key point.
