聚丙烯纤维混凝土在大面积场坪工程中的应用研究

【摘要】 聚丙烯纤维是近年来提高混凝土性能的一项重要措施。聚丙烯纤维是在辅以一定量的添加剂和改性工艺而制成的一种具有极高强度的特种纤维,和混凝土按一定比例混合后,可提高混凝土材料介质的整体性、连续性,从而改善混凝土材料的各项技术性能。本文通过室内试验,得到了抗折强度≥5.5MPa、抗压强度≥35MPa的聚丙烯纤维水泥混凝土的配合比为C(水泥):S(砂子):G(石子):F(粉煤灰):W(水)=410:735:1005:68:165,聚丙烯纤维掺量为0.9kg/m~3。在此基础上,进行了聚丙烯纤维长度10mm的掺量分别为0.6kg/m~3,0.9kg/m~3,1.2 kg/m~3,纤维长度20mm的掺量为0.9kg/m~3几种条件下聚丙烯纤维混凝土的抗压强度试验、劈裂强度试验、抗弯拉(抗折)强度试验以及抗剪强度试验。试验表明:在纤维长度一定的情况下,纤维混凝土各个强度指标包括抗压强度、劈裂强度、抗弯拉(抗折)强度以及抗剪强度等随着纤维掺量增加均呈现增长趋势;在纤维掺量一定的情况下,纤维混凝土各个强度指标随着纤维长度增加也呈增加趋势。同时,在大面积场坪工程中,再次证明聚丙烯纤维混凝土优良的抗拉性能、抗裂度、韧性和承载力,并由此总结出一套可行的施工工艺。

【Abstract】 Polypropylene fiber putted in concrete was an important measure for improving the performance of concrete. Polypropylene fiber is a special fiber with high strength accompanied by a certain amount of additives and made by a modification process. After mixing with concrete by a certain proportion, the integrity and continuity of concrete improved greatly, thus it improved the technical performance of concrete materials.In this study, by the room experiment, the mix composition of concrete than over 5.5MPa bending tensile strength and than over 35MPa compressive strength was achived that the mix proportion was: C (cement): S (sand): G (gravel): F (fly ash): W (water) = 410: 735: 1005: 68: 165 with 0.9kg/m~3 of polypropylene fiber.Herin, compressive tests, split tests, bending tests and shear tests were carried out when putting 0.6kg/m~3, 0.9kg/m~3, 1.2 kg/m~3 of 10mm long polypropylene fibers into concrete, and 0.9kg/m~3 with 20mm long polypropylene fibers. The results showed that when fiber length fixed, the strengths increased with fiber content increasing. Moreover, when fiber content fixed, the the strengths of fiber reinforced concrete tends to increase with fiber length.In the same time, polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete was applied in large-area ground leveling project. It once more proved that polypropylene fiber concrete had high tensile properties, crack resistance, resilience, and high bearing capacity.A feasible construction technology was also summarized in this engineering.
