山区低等级公路桥梁维护管理系统的应用研究

【摘要】 本文在对山区低等级公路桥梁维护管理现状的分析以及对国内外桥梁管理系统的研究的基础上,进一步展开对山区低等级公路桥梁维护管理系统的应用研究。论文主要对该系统的数据管理系统、桥梁评价系统、维修决策系统以及系统的构架等四部分进行论述,同时结合实际的案例分析以验证相关的理论及方法的正确性。论文首先分析了目前山区桥梁数据采集工作的现状,在这基础上提出了一些改进的建议及实施方案。同时为了便于资料的存档以及符合桥梁维护工作的习惯,编制了三类检查卡片:桥梁基础信息卡、桥梁常规检查信息卡、桥梁特殊检查信息卡。针对这三类卡片,还提出了其相应的检查周期与注意事项。其次,通过的桥梁数据信息,采用DER&U评价法,对桥梁状态做出评价并给定相应的评分。其评分内容主要包括桥梁各个构件的缺损评分以及桥梁整体性能的评分。对于桥梁整体的评价得分,采用排序法来决定路网中多座桥梁的维修先后次序。接着,在系统中的桥梁维修方案数据库中选择适用于本项目的维修方案,不过应通过方案比选来确定最终的维修方案。最后通过对仁河大桥的维修实例分析,表明上述的方法和理论是可行的。另外论文将山区低等级公路桥梁维护管理系统定位于网络级的桥梁管理系统,并在论文中对其系统的构建提出了基本的设想。

【Abstract】 This article in to present situation analysis of the mountainous area low grade highway bridge maintenance management as well as to the domestic and foreign bridge management system management system research foundation in, further launches to the mountainous area low grade highway bridge maintenance management system management system applied research. The article mainly introduces this four systems of data management, bridges evaluation maintain policy and architecture and a combination of the actual cases analysed to confirm the theory and method is correct.Firstly, the article analysis the current condition of mountain bridge data collection, and put forward some suggestions for improvement and implementation on this base. Meanwhile, for the convenience of data archivement and with the habit of bridge maintenance , we will prepare three types of checking card, bridges’foundation information card, bridges’routine examination information card and bridges’special examination information card , and propose corresponding inspection cycle and the note as well. Secondly, we will evaluation of bridge condition and given the appropriate score according to the bridge data and the use of DER&U evaluation. The score includes the contents of the various components of the defect in the bridge and the bridge overall performance rating score. As the wholly evaluation score of the bridge, we make it through the ranking methods to determine the road network in the maintenance of order in many bridges. Then, in the system database and the bridge maintenance program, we select the appropriate maintenance program in the project, but the ratio should be selected through the program to determine the final maintenance program. Finally, we will prove that the above method and theory is available with the maintenance of Ren River Bridge case analysis . In addition this paper will classify the maintenance and management system of mountain highway and bridge in network-level bridge management system,,and put forward the basic idea of building for it.
