单轨车辆舒适性设计质量评价

【摘要】 我国城轨客运正迎来跨越式的发展,追求高品质的乘车舒适性是伴随这一发展历程的必然要求。本文将人机工程学原理应用到单轨车辆的设计中来,以评价重庆市跨座式单轨车辆舒适性的设计质量为研究背景,从单轨车辆乘员的姿势舒适性、热舒适性和车辆的乘坐舒适性三个重要方面来评定单轨车辆的舒适性设计质量。力图从创新的角度,采用先进的计算机仿真技术和改进的分析、评价方法,对目前单轨车辆的舒适性设计中存在的若干问题进行深入细致的研究,以期为这些问题的解决提供部分理论依据和技术方法。具体研究内容如下:本文以研究跨座式单轨车辆的舒适性设计质量为基础。首先,论文介绍了国内外关于跨座式单轨车辆舒适性的研究现状,并阐述了相关理论、标准及评价方法。第二、利用RAMSIS软件对单轨车辆进行乘员姿势舒适性仿真分析,并引入模糊综合评价方法进一步对仿真结果进行分析评价,使评价结果更加清晰、合理。第三、通过CFD软件的数值模拟计算,得到了判断环境舒适性的预期平均通感(PMV)、不适人员比例(PPD)、相对湿度(RH)、平均空气龄(MAA)、车厢客舱压力分布以及车身表面温度分布等热舒适性评价指标值,然后对单轨车辆的热舒适性进行分析评价。第四、应用SIMPACK软件对车内座椅上选取的9个特殊位置进行振动舒适性的仿真计算,得到仿真结果后,根据ISO2631标准对单轨车辆进行振动舒适性评价。

【Abstract】 Orbit passenger transportation in China are embracing rapid development. The pursuit of high-quality ride comfort is a inevitable result with this development process. This paper apply ergonomic to the comfort design of the monorail vehicle and focus on the comfort design quality of Chongqing City’s Straddle-type Monorail Vehicle. The comfort design quality of monorail vehicle is assessed from all the aspects of the passenger posture comfort, thermal comfort and vibration comfort. From the angle of innovation, adopting the advanced computer simulation technology and the improvement method of analysis and evaluation, focusing on the issue of the comfort design of monorail vehicle in order to provide theoretical foundations and technical methodls for solving the problem . The main contents are organized as the following:This paper is based on the research that the comfort design quality of Straddle-type Monorail Vehicle. At first,The paper introduced concerning the research present situation that Straddle-type Monorail Vehicle comfort at home and abroad, and elaborated related theory, standard and evaluation method.The second, making use of RAMSIS software simulate and analysis on passenger’s posture comfort, then lead into Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method to carry on analytical evaluation further in order to get a clearer and more reasonable evaluation result .The third, we can carry on a number emulation calculation through a CFD software to get the PMV, PPD, RH, MAA, and so on, and then carry on an analysis evaluation to thermal comfort of the monorail vehicle. At last, using SIMPACK software simulate the vibration comfort on selected nine special position in vehicle. After obtaining the simulation results, evaluating vibration comfort of the monorail vehicle according to the standard ISO2631.
