公路隧道养护管理信息及其技术评价系统研究

【摘要】 随着我国大量公路隧道进入运营阶段,公路隧道养护工作越来越重要,但是我国公路隧道养护管理起步较晚,还处于原始的低效率阶段,对公路隧道土建结构病害评价还处于定性阶段。有鉴于此,本论文针对相关问题进行了研究。首先本论文分析了公路隧道土建结构主要病害形成机理,为病害整治提供依据,然后根据有关规范和目前较成熟的方法系统地给出了公路隧道主要病害整治技术及适用条件。其次本论文在分析了现有的隧道病害等级划分方法的基础上,采用了四级法划分公路隧道病害等级,并以我国公路隧道养护技术规范规定的日常、定期、特别、专项检查结果的四级判定等级为基础,建立了以定量与客观为主,定性与主观为辅的公路隧道病害评价体系。第三本论文以可拓学理论和公路隧道病害评价为基础,通过采用标度法确定指标层权重和AHP法确定准则层权重,制定出评价物元,节域,经典域,在此基础上建立了公路隧道安全性的可拓综合评价模型,实现了对公路隧道安全状态的定量化综合评价。本论文通过病害分级评价体系,对公路隧道管养信息进行标准化处理,建立了公路隧道养护管理数据库。同时,采用SQLServer2005和ASP.NET开发了公路隧道养护管系统,通过数据录入、编辑、查询和公路隧道健康评价等基本功能的开发,全面实现了公路隧道基本信息、土建结构日常检查信息、病害调查信息、公路隧道检测信息的计算机管理,为公路隧道养护管理水平提升提供技术支持。

【Abstract】 With a large number of highway tunnel of China entering the operational phase, tunnel maintenance work is more and more important, but maintenance and management of highway tunnel started late in our country, and it is still in the primitive stage of low efficiency. So does the highway tunnel construction structural evaluation, in the qualitative stage. In view of this, the related problems were studied in this thesis.Firstly, the disease formation mechanism of highway tunnel construction structural were analyzed, providing a basis for the disease treatment, and then the major remediation technology and application conditions on tunnel diseases has been systematically given according to the norms and the mature existing methods. Secondly, based on the analysis of the existing tunnel disease classification method, the fourth method used by highway tunnel disease levels, and the standard stipulation of the daily maintenance, regular, special and special test results, four determine grade level of highway tunnel maintenance technology, established a quantitative and objective-based evaluation system for highway tunnel disease, supplemented by qualitative and subjective. Thirdly, based on extenics theory and tunnel disease evaluation, by scaling to determine the weight of index level and the AHP method to determine the weights of criterion level, developed the evaluate physical element, festival field, classical field, a road tunnel safety evaluation extenics model established, so to realize the tunnel safety quantitative evaluation.This paper established a highway tunnel maintenance management database by the disease classification evaluation system and the standardized custody on the information of highway tunnel. Meanwhile, developed by SQLServer2005 and ASP.NET tunnel maintenance management system, through data entry, editing, query, and developing of other basic functions, the computer management of highway tunnel basic information, daily inspection of civil structure information, disease survey information and inspection information are fully realized, which is a technical support for maintenance and management of tunnel.
