重庆鱼洞长江大桥施工监控技术研究

【摘要】 连续刚构桥是预应力混凝土大跨梁式桥的主要桥型之一,它综合了连续梁和T形刚构桥的受力特点,将主梁做成连续梁体,与薄壁桥墩固结而成。因其施工简便、造价经济、受力合理、行车舒适等独特的优点而得到了广泛的应用。而在连续刚构桥悬臂施工过程中,已经施工完成的梁桥线性在后期的施工过程中是不可改变的,因此为了保证大桥的顺利合拢以及成桥线形满足设计要求,并且成桥后的内力控制在设计容许范围之内,必须在桥梁施工过程中进行施工监控。大跨径连续刚构桥的施工监控是施工、量测、识别、修正、预告和施工的循环过程。为了达到施工控制的基本要求,可针对施工过程组成随机最优控制系统,对结构状态理论值与实测值之间的误差进行分析、调整、预测。经过计算、预测、监测、评估,实现大桥线性和应力的不断调整和控制,达到预定的目标。本文以鱼洞长江大桥为工程实例,根据大跨径预应力混凝土连续梁桥的施工控制特点,提出了合理的施工控制方案,建立了全面的监测系统,通过这一监测系统,在施工过程中,成功采集了施工过程中结构变位以及主要控制断面的应力、温度等数据,并结合相关实验数据,对全桥的施工过程进行成功了控制,保证了全桥的顺利合拢,实现了成桥设计线型和合理应力状态。
【Abstract】 Continuous rigid frame is one of the main bridge of large-span prestressed concrete beam, combines mechanical characteristics between the continuous beam and T-shaped bridge girder, makes girder to be continuous beam body, and consolidate with Thin-wall piers. It is similar with continuous beam, and can make a league porous. Continuous rigid frame has been growing up rapidly with unique predominance of handy construction, economical cost, reasonable internal force and comfortable traveling. During the cantilever construction of the prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge, the beam axis shape of formed blocks can not be regulated during the subsequent constructions. To ensure the successful closure of the bridge, and make sure that the axis shape and the internal force of the bridge accord with the design request, construction control is of importance during the bridge construction.Long-span continuous rigid-frame bridge construction control is cycle of construction, measurement, identification, amend, forecast and construction. In order to achieve the basic requirement of the control of the construction process, we can view of random optimal control system of structure state between theoretical and measured, the paper analyses the error, the adjustment, the forecast. The construction control of this bridge is realize through construction calculating, monitoring, back coupling and the preplanned target is reached at last.On the based of fish hole changjiang river bridge for engineering examples, according to a long-span prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge construction control characteristics, and put forward the reasonable construction control scheme, established a comprehensive detection system. Used for the detection system, in construction process, successful collected the construction process and the main structure of the displacement control section and other data, after the stress in the construction process of the whole bridge construction supervision, guarantee the smooth fold the bridge, and in all the bridge construction is finished, the linear in bridge designed line after allowing range.
