高空作业车举升执行机构机电液一体化仿真

【摘要】 高空作业车是一种用来运送工作人员和工作器材到达指定高度进行作业的工程机械设备。目前,随着高空作业车使用领域的不断扩大,为了满足实际工程的需要,高空作业车的作业高度越来越大。在这种情况下,为了保证工作人员高空作业时的人身安全,对举升臂力学性能的研究和举升执行机构控制系统的可靠性分析就成为高空作业车设计领域的重点研究内容。本文以与某公司合作开发的GKZ14型高空作业车的举升臂为研究对象,在对其结构进行详细分析的基础上,利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,合理地建立起举升臂的有限元模型,并分别在三种典型工况下对其进行结构静强度、静刚度分析,获得了各工况下举升臂的应力分布和变形分布,确定了应力危险部位,分析计算结果表明举升臂满足结构静强度、静刚度要求;针对GKZ14型高空作业车运行过程中由于频繁启动和制动引起的明显振动和冲击现象,提出了基于MATLAB平台的高空作业车举升执行机构液压系统设计可靠性分析方法并进行了判定,验证了所取参数的合理性;通过AMESIM建立了液压系统物理模型并进行了仿真分析,结果表明仿真分析与可靠性分析是一致的。本文的研究结果表明,采用ANSYS软件对举升臂进行有限元分析,能够验证其强度及刚度是否满足要求,为后续的结构优化设计打下基础。在满足安全要求的前提下,能够大大缩短设计周期、降低设计成本,具有工程实用价值,为类似实际工程问题的研究提供了参考;分别使用MATLAB和AMESIM进行可靠性分析及控制系统仿真,对GKZ14型高空作业车举升执行机构液压系统的性能分析和智能控制的应用研究具有实际应用价值。

【Abstract】 Aerial Working Platform(AWP) is a kind of engineering equipment,which is used to convey the workers and equipments to the aerial appoint place for working.Recently because that the field of it application is expanded day by day,the height of operation becomes more high.In this situation,it is necessary and important to research the mechanical properties of the working arm and the Reliability Analysis(RA) of lifting actuator hydraulic system in the design field of aerial working platform for ensuring the personal safety in aerial working.In this paper,the research object was the working arm of the folding AWP with 14 meters.Based on the detailed analysis of working arm structure,the finite element model of the working arm was established reasonably with the ANSYS.Then based on the static structural analysis of working arm in three typical conditions,we get the dangerous working condition,the stress distribution,the deformation distribution.By checking the strength and stiffness,the design of working arm met the demands.To the vibration and shock because of frequently starting and braking in the operation of folding AWP,the Reliability Analysis (RA) methods of lifting actuator hydraulic system for AWP based on the MATLAB/SIMULINK were developed and determined,which verified the reasonableness of the parameters taken.Then based on AMESIM,the Physical model of the hydraulic system was built and simulated.The results showed that the simulation analysis consisted with the reliability analysis.According to the research in the paper,the method,that analyzing the static structural and follow-up optimizing structures by using ANSYS,can meet the safety requirements,shorten design period,reduce the cost of design and gain accurate result.The research provides the important reference values for solving similar engineering problems.And then,the RA based on the MATLAB/SIMULINK and the Simulation of Control System based on AMESIM,have higher practical value in Performance analysis of the hydraulic system and applied research in intelligent control.
