基于关联模式的基础地理数据共享与交换编码研究

【摘要】 随着GIS在日常生活中应用的广泛,基础地理数据已成为城市建设与发展重要部分,政府管理部门和社会公众对基础地理数据共享有很强烈的要求,基础地理数据共享已经成为地理信息发展的趋势。然而,目前基础地理数据共享存在许多的问题,特别是行业间的基础地理数据不能有效地交换,造成“信息孤岛”的产生。如果能够不改变行业原有的数据规范,实现行业之间的基础地理数据及时有效地交换,将使共享出去的基础地理数据更加地有价值,极大地推动着基础地理数据共享建设的发展。本文研究建立在基础地理共享数据库的研究成果的基础上,通过分析基础地理共享数据的特征,提炼基础地理共享数据的关联特征,认知并发现基础地理共享数据库的关联模式,设计基于关联模式的基础地理数据共享与交换编码,采用组件、中间件等技术开发出基础地理数据共享与交换编码处理器,实现共享与交换编码的生成、解析与交换,为基础地理数据共享与交换奠定基础。本文的主要研究结论如下:(1)总结了基础地理共享数据存在的关联,得出了基础地理共享数据库的关联模式的类别及各类别的特征,并结合关联对象的特点,对关联模式进行结构化表达,将隐蔽在共享数据之间关联形象化表达出来,便于人和计算机的识别。(2)实现了对基础地理共享数据库中关联模式的发现。根据关联模式的特征,结合语义库、谓词库、关系计算函数以及关联模式发现算法对关联模式进行发现与存储。(3)制定了基础地理共享与交换编码规范。针对目前基础地理共享数据的编码存在多样性、不便于识别和管理等问题,总结了行业基础地理数据编码的共性,根据共享与交换的目标,结合关联模式制定了基础地理共享与交换编码规范。(4)通过基础地理共享与交换编码处理器实现了行业间的基础地理数据的交换。本文基于基础地理共享与交换编码的规范,开发出基础共享与交换编码处理器,并以测绘与房产基础地理数据交换为例,通过编码处理器实现了测绘与房产基础地理数据的共享与交换,验证了本文研究的可行性。

【Abstract】 With the widely application of GIS in daily life, fundamental geographic data has become an important part of urban construction and development. Government administrations, scientific research and the public have strong requirement on data sharing. To some extent, the share of fundamental geographic data has already become the tendency of geographical information development. However, there are many problems in fundamental geographic data sharing and exchange, especially that data among industries can’t be exchanged efficiently, which caused the "Information Isolated Island". It will make the shared fundamental geographic data more valuable if we can exchange the different industries’data efficiently and timely without changing the existing professional data standards, which can greatly promote the development of construction in fundamental geographic data sharing.Based on the research of shared fundamental geographic database, this paper analyzed the characteristics of shared fundamental geographic data, and refined the interrelated feature between those shared data. On this basis, cognitive and discover the association patterns from the shared fundamental geographic database, design the fundamental geographic data sharing and exchange coding, develop the encoding processor by adopt COM and middleware technique, achieve sharing and exchange coding generation, analysis and interchange, ultimately establish the foundation for fundamental geographic data sharing and exchange.The main constructions of this paper are as follows:(1) This paper summarizes the interconnection between shared fundamental geographic data, concludes the categories of association patterns and the characteristics of each category. Combining the characteristics of associated object, this paper reveals the interconnection that hidden in the shared data visually by structure-expression of the association patterns, making it easier to identify in the public and computer.(2) This paper discoveries the association patterns from the shared fundamental geographic database. According to the characteristics of association patterns, combined with the semantic database, predicates database, relationship calculation function and association pattern discovery algorithm to discover and store the association patterns in the shared database. (3) This paper establishes the coding standard of fundamental geographic data sharing and exchange. In view of the current existed matters about diversity in the coding and inconvenient to identify and manage issues, summarizes the commonness of industries’fundamental geographic data coding. According to the goal of sharing and exchange, establishes the coding standard of fundamental geographic data sharing and exchange by combining the association patterns.(4) Through the encoding processor of fundamental geographic data sharing and exchange, the fundamental geographic data among different industries’can be exchanged freely. Based on the coding standard of data sharing and exchange, this paper develops the encoding processor, takes the fundamental geographic data sharing and exchange between mapping and housing industry as an example, verifying the feasibility of this study.
