【摘要】 目前,高校后勤员工队伍中的临时工人数已远多于正式工人数,而高校后勤所开展的思想政治教育活动,大都是以正式工为主体进行的,很少关注到临时工这一群体。本文主要运用思想政治教育的有关原则、理论,以石河子大学后勤管理处全体员工为研究对象,在深入调查分析后勤员工队伍的构成及特点、后勤员工的思想状况以及后勤思想政治教育状况的基础上,提出加强和改进后勤思想政治教育的对策和建议。全文分为以下几个部分：绪论,说明高校后勤员工思想政治教育的研究背景、研究意义、研究现状,明确相关概念,研究思路及方法。第一章是理论概述,主要概述了思想政治教育中实事求是、层次教育的基本原则；灌输理论、需要理论及思想政治教育领域内的适应超越规律,作为本研究的理论依据。第二章是对石河子大学后勤员工队伍的构成及特点的调查分析,主要分析正式工与临时工两种不同身份的形成与固定,以及后勤员工队伍的整体特点。第三章是对石河子大学后勤员工思想状况的调查分析,重点分析了：正式工与临时工对目前中国社会、对社会主义初级阶段的看法；人生理想；对工作和生活的感受与关注点；对职业道德的理解；对服务育人的认识五个方面的异同。第四章通过对石河子大学后勤员工对本单位的思想政治教育效果的认识,来分析后勤思想政治教育存在问题及原因。第五章根据石河子大学后勤员工的思想状况,针对后勤思想政治教育的现状,提出加强和改进后勤思想政治教育的对策和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently, the number of temporary logistics staffs in universities is much more than the regular logistics staffs. However, the ideological and political education activities carried out by logistics department always aims at the regular staffs, rarely concerns the temporary staffs. Based on the deep research and analyzing the constitute and characteristics of logistics staffs, the thought of logistics staffs and the status of ideological and political education of logistics staffs, this thesis proposed strategies and suggestions to enhance and improve the ideological and political education to logistics department aiming at the whole staffs including the temporary and regular staffs with applying the related principles and theories of the ideological and political education.The thesis is divided into the following parts:In introduction, the thesis illustrates the research background, research value and research status of the ideological and political education. This part also clarifies the related concepts, research approaches and methodsThe first chapter is the overview of the ideological and political education including seeking the truth out of facts and the basic principles of hierarchy education. The theory basis of this research is the infusion theory, requirement theory and the adapt-beyond theory in the ideological and political education area.The second chapter is the investigation and analysis of the institution and characteristics of logistics staffs in Shihezi University, mainly focusing on the formation and immobilization of the regular and temporary staffs and the entire characteristics of logistics staffs.The third chapter is the investigation and analysis the mind status of the logistics staffs in ShiHeZi University. This chapter significantly analyzes the different perceptions of the temporary and regular staffs to five parts, including the perspective to the current china society and the primary socialism, the worldly ideal, the reception and attention to work and life, the comprehension to professional ethics and the perception of service and education.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems in the ideological and political education to logistics department based on the knowledge of the logistics staffs in Shihezi University about the achievement of the ideological and political education. The fifth chapter proposed strategies and suggestions to enhance and improve the ideological and political education to logistics department in Shihezi University according to the mind status and the ideological and political education of the logistics staffs in ShiHeZi University.更多还原
