中国豆腐文化节对淮南市的作用研究

【摘要】 中国豆腐文化节是由中国商业联合会和安徽省人民政府主办、淮南市人民政府和安徽省旅游局承办的大型综合性现代节庆活动,中国知名品牌节庆活动之一。从1992年到今天,相继成功举办了十六届。本论文首先介绍了选题的意义和国内外研究现状,接着简单介绍了旅游节庆的概念、类型和功能,提出了节庆活动价值的定量分析模型,根据增殖价值规律,把社会投入价值,节庆活动的经济投入价值,为维持和发展特色文化在该地区整个范围所必须投入的全部资金,具体操办节庆活动所投入的全部物力和财力表现的资金,可用货币表示的经济价值和以特色民俗文化为内容的社会价值等节庆活动中投入产出,建立了动态的数学模型。论文的第四章讨论了中国豆腐文化节对淮南发展的文化功能,招商引资及经贸活动方面的经济作用,以及提高城市知名度、提升城市形象、促进信息的交流和群众素质的提高等方面的突出贡献,也提出了加强功能的对策。图3表2参54

【Abstract】 China Bean Curd Cultural Festival by the Chinese Chamber of Commerce and organized by People’s Government of Anhui Province, Huainan City, Anhui Province People’s Government and Tourism Bureau to host a large comprehensive modern festivals, Chinese festivals, one well-known brand. In 1992, China Bean Curd Cultural Festival settled in the birthplace of Huainan tofu. So far, it has been successfully held sixteen.This paper first introduces the research topics of significance and the status quo at home and abroad, and then briefly introduces the concept of tourism festivals, types and functions, festivals made the value of quantitative analysis models, based on the proliferation of the law of value, the value of social investment, festive events. The economic input values in order to maintain and develop the characteristics and culture in the region must invest the entire scope of all the funds, specifically make arrangements for all the festive activities, material and financial resources put into the performance of funds, the economic value can be expressed in money and in characteristics of folk culture as the social value of the contents of the input-output and other festive activities, the establishment of a dynamic mathematical model.Papers discusses in chapter IV of the Chinese Bean Curd Cultural Festival on the development of the cultural function of Huainan, Investment and trade activities in the economic role, as well as raising the city’s visibility, enhance city image, promote information exchange and improving the quality of people such as the outstanding contribution.Figure 3 Table 2 Reference 54
