淤煤装载机提装部减量化设计与分析

【摘要】 在矿井的正常运行和安全生产中,水仓淤煤的清理十分重要。现行的煤矿水仓淤煤清理机械大多还存在一些问题,比如设计的安全系数偏高,制造过程不够节约和环保等。为了使淤煤清理机械的安全系数更合理化,减小其体型并提高安全性,使设计和制造过程符合节能减排的理念,提出了“淤煤装载机减量化设计研究”的课题。本文是在前期工作的基础上针对淤煤装载机的提装部进行减量化设计与分析。首先,介绍了淤煤装载机的整体结构和工作原理,并阐述了矿用机械减量化设计的含义与目的,结合国内外研究现状,指出了对淤煤装载机减量化研究的必要性。并从材料和结构形式上对淤煤装载机提装部各零、部件进行减量化筛选设计,为整机减量化打下基础。其次,利用Pro/Engineer软件建立了淤煤装载机提装部的重要组成部分——提装槽的三维模型,在ANSYS软件中对其模型进行静态分析,得到了静态载荷作用下结构的节点变形、应力和应变图。分析结果证明了原提装槽的结构满足刚度和强度要求,并具有一定的优化空间。为使提装槽的设计最优化,分别从改变模型的结构参数和材料属性方面进行优化,再次进行有限元分析,以达到减量化设计的目标。然后,利用ANSYS软件对优化后的提装槽的动态特性进行分析和校核。通过模态分析得到提装槽的前六阶固有频率和振型,通过谐响应分析获得不同频率时响应值的变化曲线。分析结果证明提装槽在减量化设计后其动态性能稳定。最后,对淤煤装载机提装部的减量化设计进行绿色设计评价,探讨了淤煤装载机减量化设计的一般方法,为以后类似机械的减量化设计提供理论上的参考。

【Abstract】 In the normal operation of the mine and production safety, cleaning the silt coal in water storage is very important. The current silt coal cleaning up machinery of water storehouse in coal mine mostly also have some problems. For example the design safety coefficient is high. Manufacturing process is not economical and environmental protection and so on. In order to reduce the size of the silt coal cleaning up machinery, increase its safety and generalization, make sure the design and manufacturing process accord with the concept of energy saving and contaminant reduction. The topic of "reduction design and research of the silt coal loader machine" was raised. On the basis of the previous work, carried on the reduction design and analysis of the lifting and loading of silt coal loader machine.Firstly, the overall structure and the work principle of the silt coal loader machine were introduced. And the meaning and goal of quantity-reducing for mine machinery design was expounded. Combining domestic and foreign research status, the necessities of the reduction research for the silt coal loader machine was pointed out. Through the materials and structure, the reduction screening was carried on for the parts of lifting and loading of silt coal loader machine. The foundations of the reduction design of the whole machine were laid.Secondly, using Pro/Engineer software, the 3D models of lifting and loading trough of silt coal loader machine was build. In ANSYS software, the static analysis for lifting and loading trough model was provided. And the static load node structure deformation,stress and strain cloud figure were got. The results proved that the structure of the lifting and loading trough meet the stiffness and strength requirements, and has certain space to optimize. In order to make the design of the lifting and loading trough optimization, respectively from the aspects of changing the model structure parameters and material properties to optimize. In order to achieve the goal of reduction design used ANSYS software to make the finite element analysis again.And then, the dynamic characteristic of the optimized model of the lifting and loading trough were analyzed and checked. Through the modal analysis, the first six order natural frequency and vibration mode of the lifting and loading trough were got. Through the harmonic response analysis, the changing curves at the different frequency response values were got. The results proved the lifting and loading trough dynamic performance is stable after the reduction design.Finally, green design evaluation of the reduction design of the lifting and loading part was carried on. The reduction design general method of silt coal loader machine was discussed. And a theoretical reference for similar mechanical design was provided.
