红外隐身涂料的制备与应用研究

【摘要】 以异戊二烯和丙烯腈为单体,通过乳液聚合合成了水性红外隐身涂料用粘合剂,用该粘合剂、金属填料和助剂制备了水性红外隐身涂料。研究了涂料中粘合剂的结构、金属填料的种类和形貌、分散剂和增稠剂的种类及用量与红外发射率的关系。用红外光谱仪表征了粘合剂的红外吸收,红外发射率测定仪表征了材料的红外发射率。研究结果表明:合成的水性粘合剂在8-14μm波段红外发射率较低,可以用作红外隐身涂料的粘合剂,片状铝粉用作红外隐身涂料的金属填料具有低红外发射率。把红外隐身涂料涂覆于载体上,制成红外隐身涂层。研究了涂层中金属填料含量、载体类型、涂层厚度与涂层红外发射率之间的关系。用红外发射率测定仪表征了涂层的红外发射率,热重差热分析仪表征了涂层的热稳定性。研究结果表明:当涂层铝粉含量为20-30%,涂层厚度为20-40μm,涂刷次数为1-2次时,涂层的红外发射率为0.556,耐温性为341.8℃。把红外隐身涂料涂敷于织物载体上,制得红外伪装织物涂层。研究了涂层增重率与涂层红外发射率、透湿性、耐磨性之间的关系。用红外发射率测定仪表征了涂层的红外发射率,磨耗仪表征了材料的耐磨性能。研究结果表明:当织物涂层的增重率为30%时,涂层透湿性和耐磨性良好,制备的伪装织物涂层的红外发射率为0.62。图[12]表[16]参[50]

【Abstract】 Adhesive for infrared stealth coating was synthesized by emulsion polymerization with isoprene and acrylonitrile as comonomers, and water-based infrared stealth coating was prepared by adhesive, metal fillers and additives. Relationship among structure of adhesive, types and morphology of metal fillers, types and amounts of dispersant and thickener in coating and infrared emissivity was studied. Infrared absorption was characterized by FT-IR, and infrared emissivity was measured by infrared emissometer. The results show that:water-based adhesive has low infrared emissivity at spectral range of 8-14μm can be used as adhesive for infrared stealth coating, flake aluminum powder as metal filler of infrared stealth coating has low infrared emissivity.Stealth coating was prepared by brushing infrared stealth coating on the carrier. Relationship among amounts of metal fillers, types of carrier, coating thickness in coating and infrared emissivity was studied. Infrared emissivity of coating was characterized by infrared emissometer, and thermostability of coating characterized by TG-DTA. The results show that:infrared emissivity of coating is 0.556 and temperature resistance is 341.8℃when the amount of aluminum powder up to 20~30%, coating thickness up to 20~40μm and brushing times is 1-2.Infrared camouflage fabric was prepared by brushing infrared stealth coating on the fabric carrier. Relationship among growth rate of coating and infrared emissivity, moisture permeability, wear resistance of coating was studied. Infrared emissivity of coating was characterized by infrared emissometer, wear resistance of material characterized by abrasion tester. The results show that:when the growth rate of fabric coating for 30%, fabric coating has good moisture permeability and wear resistance, the infrared emissivity of camouflage fabric coating is 0.62.Figure [12] table [16] reference [50]
