基于WebGIS的公共交通查询系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 WebGIS是Inernet技术应用于GIS开发的产物。GIS能被广大的互联网用户所接纳,并成为一种大众化的工具得益于互联网理论与技术的不断发展。而将现有的WebGIS技术应用与城市交通建设和管理中,是促进交通建设和管理现代化、信息化的重要手段之一。与此同时,更为广泛的用户成为受益者,我们只需要满足适当的电脑硬件要求,便可以利用浏览器进行GIS信息的浏览、查询、分析操作。此外,附加于浏览器之上的插件、ActiveX控件以及Java Applet通常都是免费的,从而从另一方面降低了客户端用户的经济、技术上可能存在的负担,很大程度上扩大了GIS使用人群数量。本文以淮南市城市交通为例,论文主要工作可分为以下几方面:(1)数据采集整理,主要为二维矢量地图,包括公交站点,公交线路,以及城市交通相关的地物的矢量化;其次是影像数据的获取与处理工作,包括了拼接与正射纠正等操作。(2)采用MS SQL Server2005数据库存储公交信息数据,以及其他公共服务信息数据,公交信息表结构的合理设计可以更有效的实现分析的准确与效率。(3)程序设计,采用了ArcGIS Server作为WebGIS平台,利用ASP.NET技术以及C#语言结合skyline的插件实现了五个功能模块:地理信息系统模块,路径导航模块,公交信息查询分析模块,城市三维模块,公众信息服务模块。(4)登录模块设计,实现了不同用户的访问权限的控制,提高了系统的访问效率与安全。利用WebGIS技术开发城市交通查询系统,可以使城市交通信息为大众所用,服务大众。系统所提供的分析查询功能,使人们的出行更为方便合理,从—定程度上可以促进城市资源的合理化配置。此外结合3D WebGIS的展示,可以清晰直观的了解城市主要目的建筑的地理位置,以及相应的信息。本系统特点是将二三维有效结合,充分实现了准确、高效的运输综合管理,系统的使用可以使人、车、路密切配合,达到和谐统一,从而进一步改善城市交通环境。

【Abstract】 WebGIS is the product of Inernet technique which is applied in GIS development. GIS can be accepted vastly by Internet users and become a popular tools,which is benefited from Internet theory and technology continually develop. Applied WebGIS technical to urban traffic construction and management is an important way to promote traffic construction, agement modernization and informatization. Meanwhile, more potential user becomes beneficiaries; we only need to meet appropriate computer hardware requirements by using common browsers to browse, inquiry, information analysis. extra plug-in, ActiveX controls and Java Applet are often free of charge, which reduce the economic and technological burden of the end users and largely expanded the scope of GIS potential users.This paper take Huainan city’s urban traffic for example, can be mainly divided into following several aspects:(1)Data collection and arrangement, which is mainly for the two-dimensional vector map, including bus stations, bus lines and ground feature vectorization related with urban transportation. Second is image data acquisition and processing work, containing the operation of splicing and orthorectification.(2)We use MS SQL Server2005 database stores bus information data and other public service information data. Design a reasonable bus information table structure can be more effectively realize an accurate and efficient analysis.(3)According to taking an ArcGIS Server as WebGIS platform, make use of asp.net technology and plug-in combining the C# and skyline,the program design realized five function module:GIS module, path navigation module, public transportation information query and analyze module, urban three-dimension module, public information service module.(4)By means of designing login module, we could control the access right of different user and enhance the efficiency and security of access system.Utilize of WebGIS technology develop urban traffic inquiry system, urban transportation information could be service the public. The function of query and analyze which is provided by system greatly facilitate people’s travel and promote the rationalization of urban resources allocation to some extent.Furthermore,a combination of 3D WebGIS show may clearly and vividly learn about the geographical position of urban main destination building and the corresponding information. The characteristic of system is the effective combination of two-dimension and three-dimension. So the system fully fulfill the accurate and efficient transport comprehensive management, make people, vehicles and road work in close coordination, then achieve harmonious and unified of them. so this system can lead to further improvement for our city traffic environment.
