无煤柱Y型通风采空区瓦斯运移规律的研究

【摘要】 长期以来,U型通风工作面上隅角瓦斯超限诱发煤矿灾害的问题一直是从事煤矿安全技术研究的众多学者所关注的焦点,因此摸清采空区瓦斯的分布规律和运移流场的就显得尤为重要。由于采空区的煤岩体结构十分复杂,采用常规的测量手段去检测采空区内各种气体的分布情况较为困难;因此,许多学者采用计算流体力学(CFD)的方法,通过数值模拟试验研究采空区的流场。但是目前大多数的研究只侧重于U型通风综采工作面的采空区,随着Y型通风方式的广泛推广对Y型通风采空区瓦斯流场的研究逐渐成为热点。本文以多孔介质理论研究为基础,分析了流体在多孔介质内的渗流规律和弥散规律,并运用流体软件FLUENT对无煤柱Y型通风方式下采空区气体的压力场、速度场、瓦斯流场等进行了数值模拟分析,为今后更好的实现采空区瓦斯的治理,抽排利用等方面奠定了理论基础。本文论述了目前国内外无煤柱开采和采空区瓦斯运移规律的研究现状,分析了目前常用的通风系统的优缺点和适用条件,对影响综采工作面采空区瓦斯的涌出因素进行了研究。在研究的过程中,作者还分析了采空区内瓦斯浓度弥散和风流的线性渗流的一般规律,并且对采空区内的气体和采空区多孔介质模型进行了简化。最后,本文以丁集1311(1)Y型通风综采工作面采空区为例,对采空区瓦斯运移的流场进行了数值模拟分析,并在该工作面进行了应用,同时对1311(1)Y型通风工作面的瓦斯流场分布进行实测,其理论研究结果和实际相吻合。

【Abstract】 For a long time, The problem of U-shaped ventilation working face upper corner gas overrun in exhausted gob which induce coal mine disasters is focused by Many scholars that engaged in coal mine safety technology research. So it is particularly important to research the law of gas flow and the gas distribution in exhausted gob, Because of the complex structure of coal and rock in exhausted gob, With normal measuring method to detect the condition and distribution law of gases is relatively difficult, So Many scholars using computational fluid dynamics (CFD),Through numerical simulation experimental research gas flow field in goaf. But most current study only focused on U-shaped ventilation system of mining working-face, With the Y-type ventilation type widely promotion, research on Y-type ventilation goaf gas flow field is become hot.This thesis based on the researching of Porous media theory, Comprehensively analysis the seepage rule and dispersion rule in porous media where the gas fluid within. Using computational fluid dynamics software to analysis the air pressure field, velocity field, the gas flow field in exhausted gob under Y type ventilation mode. Laid a theoretical basis on using and controlling methane for future.In this thesis the author discuess the current research of gas migration in goaf and the Pillarless mining, Analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various ventilation system at present, Studied various factors which influence on gas emission in fully mechanized working face. In the process of research the author analysis the gas concentration dispersion and linear seepage formulas in exhausted gob, Then take some assumptions and simplified the gases and porous media in goaf, It is provide theory basis on study gas flow flied. The author exemplified 1311 (1) Y-type ventilation mining working face of Ding Ji coal mine, Analyzes the gas flow field in goaf. Meanwhile measured the distribution of gas flow field, The Theoretical study and practical are coincide.
