【摘要】 本文试图通过对苏轼贬谪黄州期间311首书信、贬谪惠州196首书信和贬谪儋州48首书信为研究对象,了解其在贬谪期间书信的概况,以及贬谪三地时的丰富而多变的心理状态。纵观苏轼这三个时期的书信,苏轼将儒家的仁爱,道家的顺其自然、佛家的随缘自适杂糅一体,为己所用,从而形成了苏轼本真直率,包容万物、直面苦难的旷达胸怀。苏轼通过生动形象、诙谐幽默、坦率质朴、平淡自然的描写,使书信具有审美价值和文学价值,对于文学创作研究具有重要的参考价值。全文约四万一千字,分为五个章节。第一章：绪论。主要是对论文的总体思路进行概述,将论文中重要部分、理论方法、文章主脉及研究现状等阐述说明。第二章：苏轼贬谪期间书信概况。首先,通过对苏轼贬谪黄州、惠州、儋州期间的书信归纳和研究,了解其每一次贬谪经历的时代背景；其次,对苏轼这三个时期的书信概述的基础上,自然提炼出苏轼三次贬谪的真实处境和心理感受。第三章：苏轼贬谪期间书信的思想内容及艺术特色。苏轼的书信卷帙浩繁,质量也非常的高,在中国书信文学发展史上也是具有里程碑的意义。检视苏轼三次贬谪时期的书信不难发现,人生的经历使苏轼将儒释道思想杂糅为一体,形成了他超然旷达的人生境界。这种思想上的不断升华,表现在其书信作品中所体现出的本真直率的真我风采,包容万物的广阔胸怀,正面苦楚的凛然气概；从其书信所体现出的艺术特色来看,苏轼的书信行文优美流畅,平淡自然；情感的表达诙谐,幽默真诚坦率；语言的表达形象生动,简洁又贴切。苏轼书信上的这些成就,使书信具有了文学审美价值。第四章：苏轼贬谪期间书信体现出的精神世界。分别论述苏轼在黄州、惠州、儋州时期书信体现出的精神世界。苏轼居黄期间的精神世界经历了一个由苦闷到自适的阶段。第一次的贬谪,无论是自我认知还是人际交往,对于前途的渺茫,都使苏轼陷入了精神危机。苏轼试图改变,他求道参禅,净化身心,构筑了自己特有的内心调节方式。从而形成了他旷达的境界。居惠期间,其精神世界,又是一个升华,形成了一种“有思而无思”的境界。居儋期间,困厄的环境,审视自己以往的仕宦人生和当下生活,苏轼关注的视角由外转内。总的来说,苏轼三次贬谪经历,最终形成了其超然旷达型心态。第五章：结语。这部分是本片论文的结语部分,主要是论述了苏轼贬谪期间书信的发展脉络以及这三个时期的书信对后世文学创作的影响。更多还原
