【摘要】 金融危机后,世界各国加快部署战略性新兴产业的步伐,全面依托先导技术带动产业优化升级,发达国家和地区纷纷抢占全球科技发展与自主创新的制高点。湖南省作为中国“中部崛起”的重要力量,特别是在“两型社会”建设与加快转变经济增长方式的背景下,培育与发展战略性新兴产业具有重要的现实意义。有关战略性新兴产业的成长机制问题尚处于探索阶段,无成熟经验可以借鉴,本文试图从自主创新角度探讨战略性新兴产业成长的内生作用机制,对湖南战略性新兴产业发展具有一定指导和借鉴意义。文章在梳理国内外相关研究的基础上,综述了战略性新兴产业成长、自主创新能力及其评价体系等相关研究。结合产业生命周期理论,从创新视角探讨战略性新兴产业内生成长的微观作用机理,并总结了产业发展动力理论,为后续研究奠定了坚实的理论基础。其次,基于创新与产业成长相关理论,文章探索创新对战略性新兴产业成长的作用机理,并结合相关理论构建了自主创新促进战略性新兴产业成长的动力模型,解释了自主创新驱动战略性新兴产业成长的动力源泉,为湖南省培育与发展战略性新兴产业提供理论支撑。在此基础上,总结了当前湖南七大战略性新兴产业发展的现状与特征,并对湖南省战略性新兴产业的自主创新能力进行客观分析,为实证研究提供了实践支持。再次,文章构建了基于自主创新的湖南省战略性新兴产业成长的理论模型,提出了5个相关的理论假设,并根据从湖南省收集的146份有效问卷对自主创新与战略性新兴产业成长绩效之间关系进行实证分析。参照实证分析的范式,使用描述性统计、回归分析、方差分析等方法对理论假设进行检验,发现自主创新对战略性新兴产业成长绩效影响的假设(除假设4外)基本得到验证。最后,基于实证分析结果、现场调研的相关情况,文章提出了增强湖南省战略性新兴产业自主创新能力的相关建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the recently financial crisis, each country faster the steps to develop emerging industries of strategic importance (EISI) to drive industry structure optimization and upgrading. Moreover, developed countries and regions are competing to occupy a commanding height of high-tech and independent innovation through developing EISI. Hunan province as a strong force to the rising of central China, so the developing EISI will play a greater role under the conditions of two-oriented society construction and transformation of economic growth way. For the growth mechanism of EISI is still at the exploratory stage and no mature experience can learn from, this article attempts to explore endogenous growth mechanism of EISI from independent innovation perspective, which has some guidance and reference significance to the development of Hunan EISI.Firstly, this paper has reviewed some literatures about EISI and independent innovation capability and its evaluation. Based on industry life cycle theory, this paper stand on the viewpoint of independent innovation to explain micro-mechanism of the endogenous growth about EISI, and conclude the growth force of industry.Secondly, following related theories of innovation and industry growth, this paper has explored the relationship between innovation and growth of EISI, and built up a dynamic model to demonstrate how independent innovation propel the growth of EISI. After that, this paper analyzes the developing states and characteristics of Hunan EISI, and subjectively evaluates the innovation capability of Hunan EISI. All of theory building and field investigation will support the following empirical study.Thirdly, this paper has built up a theoretical model of Hunan EISI based on independent innovation, and put up five theoretical hypotheses. Following up empirical research methods, this paper use descriptive statistics, regression analysis, and ANOVA to testify the relationships of independent innovation and the growth performance of EISI. Based on the testified results of 146 samples, all the hypotheses (except for H4) are supported.Lastly, this paper has put up some meaningful recommendation for the Hunan government based on the empirical results and field research.更多还原
