【摘要】 21世纪,这个以知识的创造、掌控、使用为核心的世界里,知识产权作为一个重要的资源无疑已经成为了各国经济增长,科技发展的重要途径和措施。知识产权作为无形资产,已经在日益显示出巨大的潜力创造性的影响,不仅仅是影响了拥有知识产权的企业和国家,更多的是影响了人类和社会的进步速度和幅度,已经成为了在这个稀缺资源的地球上,寻求创新生活的一个办法和途径了。近年来,随着人类的进步,认识的提高,各国都把知识产权战略作为国家的重要的战略来进行发展,宣告知识产权的时代的到来,现代企业的知识产权已经成为其重要的经营要素。在这种情况下,知识产权证券化就应运而生,作为资产证券化大家族的一份子,它不仅仅是满足了知识产权融资的需求,同时也是对资产证券化的金融创新和深化。它的诞生为国家知识产权战略的方向有了一个正确的有效的引导,因为知识产权证券化将会促进知识产权产业化,真正的将科学技术转化成生产力。知识产权证券化在国家知识产权战略里面里面越来越多的扮演着重要的角色。它是知识产权开发模式与融资模式的双重创新,被金融学家和知识产权学者认为是知识产权发展的“新趋势”。而合肥市作为全国的科教名城,无论是在科研成功和进度上面,还是在高新技术企业发展方面都是出于全国的领先行列,政府也通过不同的扶持和帮助使知识产权在合肥有了一个非常良好的经济环境和政策环境,在合肥试点进行知识产权证券化具有非常强的实际意义。本文首先主要介绍了本文的研究背景和研究的目的意义,主要研究内容和研究的方法等,并且简述了研究的框架。其次则探讨了知识产权证券化的相关理论,介绍了知识产权证券化在美国的诞生和在全球的发展,并且阐述了知识产权证券化的主要过程和相关分类,比较分析了知识产权证券化和其他融资方式的优缺点。再次是分析我市高新技术企业知识产权证券化的必要性,分析了传统融资方式的缺陷和知识产权证券化对高新技术企业的作用。然后是通过SWOT分析对是对合肥市知识产权证券化的可行性进行分析,得出合肥市高新技术企业知识产权证券化的可行性。然后是在前几章的基础上提出针对合肥市高新技术企业知识产权证券化的模式对策。最后一章为结论部分,主要是客观的总结本文一系列的研究成果和文章的创新点,同时积极探讨思索提出了研究中的一些不足点,给后续的深化和其他的研究提出一些研究的方向和自己的认识。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the 21st century, knowledge creation, control, use is the core of this world, intellectual property as an important resource has undoubtedly become a national economic growth, technological development and an important way to measure. Intellectual property as intangible assets, has shown great potential for increasing the impact of creativity, not only affected the intellectual property rights of enterprises and countries, but also affected influence and social progress of human speed and range, It has become a way to seek innovative ways in this scarce resources of the earthIn recent years, due to increase in awareness, many countries regarded as a national intellectual property strategy an important strategy, which declared the era of intellectual property. Intellectual property has become a modern enterprise management of its important elements. In this case, the securitization of intellectual property rights came into being, asset securitization as part of a large family, it is not just to meet the financing needs of the intellectual property, but also for asset securitization of financial innovation and deepening. It provides a national intellectual property strategy for the proper and effective guidance, because the securitization of intellectual property rights will promote the intellectual property industry, and science technology into productivity. Pilot securitization of intellectual property has a very strong practical significance In Hefei.This paper introduces the research background and the purpose and significance of the study, the main contents and research methods, and outlines the framework of the study. Secondly, the article discusses the theory of intellectual property securitization, securitization of intellectual property in the global development was introduced. And the paper describes the main process of securitization of intellectual property and related categories,.It compared the intellectual property securitization and other financing advantages and disadvantages. And analyzed a representative of the U.S. patent case of securitization of intellectual property. Again, the article analyzes the city’s high-tech companies need the securitization of intellectual property rights, but also analyzes the shortcomings of traditional financing and securitization of intellectual property rights on the role of high-tech enterprises. And then, SWOT analysis the feasibility of the securitization of intellectual property rights in Hefei, Hefei High-tech companies come to workable conclusions of intellectual property securitizationThe sixth chapter which is based on the previous chapters, proposed model measures of intellectual property securitization for high-tech enterprises in Hefei. Finally is the conclusion. This is a summary of the main research results and innovation of the article.
