农村沼气建设可持续发展研究

【摘要】 从我国现有的沼气发展模式出发,简述我国农村沼气建设可持续发展的必要性,对沼气发展模式与农村社会经济发展不能相适应所产生的问题进行了探索研究,并以淮南市潘集区和蚌埠市清泉环保公司为例进行实例分析,进而提出了适应我国社会主义新农村建设的沼气发展模式,研究了清泉环保公司的QIC厌氧沼气发酵工艺的创新之处,以具体工程的污水处理数据来分析QIC厌氧沼气发酵工程的环境效益和经济效益。现有的沼气建设大都是一家一户的小规模建设,自建自管,造成重复性投资和资源的浪费,也违背了建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的宗旨,同时,在沼气池的使用和管理上也存在重大问题。随着社会主义新农村建设的不断完善和改进,这种粗放型的建池方式必然为沼气发展的集约化方式所取代,地方政府应当从实际出发,因地制宜的寻找适合当地经济结构的农村沼气发展模式。近年来,大中型厌氧沼气发酵工艺发展较快,规模也迅速增长,工程的整体技术水平和资源的循环利用率都有了很大幅度的提高。但相对于农村户用沼气,其工艺、技术、设备等条件尚不够完善,而且成本较高。因此,村用沼气集约化发展,采用集中供气,统一管理,市场化运作,可以解决新农村建设中建池用户缺少原料的矛盾,适应当前社会主义新农村发展的需要,这将是农村沼气的发展的必然趋势。通过对蚌埠市清泉环保公司研发的QIC厌氧发酵工艺进行研究,分析了其产生的环境效益和经济效益。本文以实证法为基础,主要通过对淮南市潘集区进行实地调研,统计该区承担的2006年农村沼气国债项目,以调查问卷的方式来总结限制本地农村户用沼气发展建设的因素,并提出对策建议;同时对蚌埠市清泉环保公司的QIC厌氧沼气发酵工艺进行调查研究,通过对安徽华茂公司和安徽亚强公司的污水处理工程进行研究,分析QIC厌氧沼气发酵工艺的环境和经济效益。

【Abstract】 From the existing biogas development pattern, Overview the necessity of the rural biogas sustainable development, Take the exploration about the problems from development of biogas can’t adapt the rural socio-economic development model. Take an example case study for Panji in Huainan and Qingquan environmental company in Bengbu, and then make some suggestions strategy for the rural household biogas in China’s development model. The innovation of QIC anaerobic methane fermentation technology from Qingquan environmental company, with specific sewage treatment data to analyze the environmental and economic benefits for QIC anaerobic menthane fermentation technology.The existing biogas building are mostly small-scale constrction, resulting in repeated investment and waste of resources, but also violated the construction of a resorce-saving and environment-friendly society purposes, while the use of biogas digesters and management, there are major problems. With the construction of new socialist countryside, this extensive pool of way for the gas development must be replaced intensive way, local governments should proceed from reality, according to conditions to find suitable local economic structure of rural biogas development model.In recent years, the development of large anaerobic methane fermentation technology is fastly, the scale is also growing rapidly, the overall level of technology projects and resources recycling rate has increased very substantially. But compared to the rural household biogas, the technology, equipment and other conditions is still not perfect, and has a high cost, therefore, the development intensive of village biogas, can solve the conflict between the new rural construction and the lack of materials in centralized gas supply, unified management and market operation, to meet the current needs of the development of socialist new countryside, this is the development trend of rural biogas. Analyzed the environmental and economic benefits from the research of QIC anaerobic fermentation study in Qingquan environmental company.In this paper, based on positivism, primarily through the field research in Panji of Huainan. Statistics the debt of rural biogas project in the 2006, to sum the limit factors about the local rural household biogas construction, in the same time, advance the advices. Research the technology of QIC anaerobic methane fermentation process, through examples such as:Anhui Huamao company and Anhui Yaqiang company’s sewage treatment project research, analysis the environment and economic benefits of the QIC anaerobic methane fermentation technology.
