高校思想政治教育凝聚力功能研究

【摘要】 随着经济全球化和政治多极化的深入发展,国际关系更加复杂,西方国家没有放弃对中国的敌意;同时随着我国改革开放的深入,国民,尤其是高校大学生思想政治教育工作更需要进一步加强。思想政治教育是社会整合的软权力,思想政治教育凝聚力在全面建设小康社会的过程中具有特殊的意义。本文深入分析了高校思想政治教育凝聚力的发挥,并就这一问题进行了深入的研究。全文包括四大部分:第一章:主要介绍了本文的选题背景,明确了研究的目的和意义,在深入分析国内外思想政治教育凝聚力前沿问题的基础上,提出了文章的创新点和研究思路。第二章:基本概念的界定。本章以凝聚力为切入点,界定了文章研究的思想政治教育者、受教育者、教育载体、教育情境,以及相关概念的内涵和外延。第三章:思想政治教育凝聚力的影响因素。对影响因素的研究是制定对策的前提条件。本文从教育者、受教育者、教育载体和教育情境方面重点分析了思想政治教育凝聚力的影响因素,为后面的对策分析打下了基础。第四章:提高高校思想政治教育凝聚力的对策。在研读了管理学、管理心理学、教育学、教育心理学、思想政治教育学等相关理论的前提下,分析影响因素的基础上,在界定了研究的范围内,从思想政治教育者、受教育者,教育载体和教育情境方面,提出了提高思想政治教育凝聚力的对策。

【Abstract】 With economic globalization and the further development of political multi-polarization, international relations become more complex, Capitalist countries did not give up hostility against China. At the same time as China’s reform and opening up, people, especially the ideological and political education need to further strengthen. Ideological and political education can integrate social resources, Cohesion function of ideological and political education has special significance in the project of building a moderately prosperous society.On new Century, Ideological and Political Education has developed very quickly: First, the theoretical basis become more enrich and develop. Ideological and Political Education become a discipline,Not only because of the subject areas of research and study, but also ideological and political education has their own solid theoretical foundation---- Marxism,and Marxism combined with the China’s reality and constantly promote Marxism in China. Second, the quality and ability of teachers of the ideological and political education have a comprehensive improvement, Including awareness of the quality of teachers continue to advance with the times、political theory become further development、teachers pay more attention to emotional factors、enhance personality and ability. Third, the quality of students has been further enhanced, Open-minded, active thinking, receptive. Fourth, the ideological and political education’s carrier further enriched and developed, New carrier is the development and application. Fifth, the educational methods adapted to the development of modern society and the laws of physical and mental development of students. Students welcomed the context of education.Cohesion of ideological and political education is analyzed in-depth in this paper, the text consists of four parts:First Chapter:The main topics of this paper describes the background, a clear purpose and significance of the study, analysis the theory of cohesion of the ideological and political education at home and abroad on in depth, the article proposed innovations and research ideas.Second Chapter:Basic Concepts. This chapter is to cohesion as the starting point of the article, defining the ideological and political educators, learners, educational carrier, educational context, and the connotation and extension of concepts.Third Chapter:cohesion of Ideological and Political Education’s factors. Factors affect a prerequisite for the formulation of policy.. In this paper, I analyzed the ideological and political education cohesion factor from educators, learners, educational carrier, educational context, in order to later lay the foundation for countermeasures.Fourth chapter:countermeasures of improve the cohesion of ideological and political education. After carefully reading the administration, management psychology, education, educational psychology, ideological and political education under the premise of such theories, based on the analysis of factors in defining the context of the study, we proposed to improve the ideological and political education cohesive response from the ideological and political education, educated, education, carrier and educational context,
