民生银行现金管理产品体系及其业务管理研究

【摘要】 现金管理是商业银行以现金流动性管理为核心,向企业提供的一系列账户服务、资金结算、融资、理财、投资和风险管理等的综合性金融服务业务。作为国内的主要商业银行之一,民生银行根据行业特色和企业所处阶段,一直积极尝试为企业提供个性化的现金管理服务,但是,由于产品研发和推行尚处于起步阶段,眼下大力推进出的国际保理、物流融资、保函、国内信用证、应收帐款池等重点产品依然存在着不少亟需解决的问题。本文在国内外现金管理产品的理论基础和总结的基础上,首先重点对商业银行现金管理的发展必要性进行阐析;其次,从国内外商业银行提供现金管理业务的现状入手,对中外商业银行现金管理业务进行比较分析;最后,以民生银行为典型案例,运用案例分析法从客户需求、银行盈利模式与传统资产业务风险管理压力和现金管理理财等多个角度,论证民生银行开展现金管理的可行性,以及开展现金管理对民生银行内部资源整合和稳定银企合作关系的重要意义,并在民生银行现金管理产品体系及其业务管理的基础上提出改进的对策建议。本文的典型案例研究为民生银行进一步开展现金管理业务提出了如下主要对策:民生银行现金管理产品的研发和推行尚处于起步阶段,虽然对管理系统、集中处理商业模式及事业部改革等制度进行了创新,但也存在着不少的问题。为全面支持企业现金管理,民生银行需要从企业账户交易、资金流动性、投资管理、融资管理和风险管理5个方面建立现金管理产品体系。民生银行开展现金管理业要结合企业实际对于目标市场进行细分、定位,采取差异化竞争方法,按照现金管理业务的特点和客户的需求,不断地进行组织结构及产品整合创新。在市场营销中应采取新的营销模式,打造产品品牌和建立核心客户,并进一步改革内部管理管理模式,从制度和组织上为产品创新和产品整合提供支撑。

【Abstract】 The cash management is the Commercial bank take the cash fluidity management as a core, provides a series of account service, the fund to the enterprise to settle accounts, financing, managing finances, the investment and the risk management and so on comprehensive financial service. One of as domestic main Commercial banks, the Minsheng Bank basis profession characteristic and the enterprise locate the stage, has attempted positively for the enterprise provides personalized the cash management service, but, because the product research and development and carrying out were still at the start stage, at present the big thrust passes in and out international guarantees the question which the principle, physical distribution financing, the letter of guarantee, the domestic letter of credit, the account receivable pond and so on major product still exists many needs to solve.This article in the domestic and foreign cash management product’s rationale and in the summary foundation, first key carries on to the Commercial bank cash management’s development necessity clarifies analyzes; Next, provides the cash management service from the domestic and foreign Commercial bank the present situation to obtain, carries on the comparative analysis to the Chinese and foreign Commercial bank cash management service; Finally, take the Minsheng Bank as the illustrative case, the utilization case analytic method from the customer demand, the bank profit pattern and the tradition asset operation risk management pressure and cash management managing finances and so on many angles, the proof Minsheng Bank development cash management feasibility, as well as the development cash management to the Minsheng Bank interior resources conformity and the stable bank and business cooperation’s important meaning, and puts forward the improvement countermeasure proposal in the Minsheng Bank cash management product system and in business management’s foundation.This article illustrative case research further developed the cash management service for the Minsheng Bank to propose the following main countermeasure: The Minsheng Bank cash management product’s research and development and carrying out were still at the start stage, although to the management system management system, centralized processing systems and so on business model and services department reform has carried on the innovation, but also has many problems. For the comprehensive support enterprise cash management, the Minsheng Bank needs from the enterprise bargain for account, the fund fluidity, the investment management, the financing management and the risk management five aspects establishes the cash management product system. The Minsheng Bank development cash management industry must unify the enterprise actual to carry on the segmentation, the localization regarding the target market, adopts the variation competition method, according to the cash management service’s characteristic and the customer demand, carries on the organizational structure and the product conformity innovation unceasingly. Should adopt the new marketing pattern in the market marketing, the making product brand and the establishment core customer, and further reforms the internal management management pattern, provides the support from the system and the organization for the product innovation and the product conformity.
