基于GIS的矿产资源管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】 随着信息技术的进步,企业应用信息系统也有不同的变化。从20世纪60年代开始,企业开始使用计算机来处理日常的交易数据,以节省人力及提高数据的正确性与时效性。兖矿集团有限公司的计算机信息化、工业控制自动化工作经过近三十年的自主与协作开发,研制成功多套独立运行的自动化控制系统、环境监测系统、工业电视系统等,在安全、生产等各个方面发挥了积极的作用。但是从矿山信息化要求来说,各个子系统独立运行,不能实现信息共享和网络自由浏览,存在“自动化孤岛”和“信息孤岛”现象,限制了信息的最大作用发挥。针对上述问题,山东省煤管局高度重视信息技术的应用和发展,专门组织相关人员成立了技术攻关小组,共同开发一个系统,来科学地管理矿产资源,以提高工作效率,增加企业的经济效益和社会效益。我们以GIS技术科学管理矿产资源为主题,利用GlS技术工具,采用图形图像语言和简便的计算机表达方式,为山东省矿产资源的开发管理、低成本快速高效的采矿行为提供科学依据。并以兖矿集团有限公司的开采现状为试点进行了实验,效果良好。实现了从矿山资源、开采方案优化、设计、生产计划与开采环境的数字化、模型化与可视化;建立以光纤、泄漏电缆或无线通讯为主体的多媒体通讯网络,形成语音、视频与数据同网传输的网络体系,实现矿山数据的分布式共享;实现了矿山生产过程、设备、安全与开采环境监控等数据的自动采集、智能分析与可视化处理;实现了对矿井提升、运输、通风、排水等系统及设备的智能化集中监控;实现矿山生产人员与移动设备的定位、跟踪及生产过程智能化调度与控制,全面提升矿山的生产管理与决策的科学性。

【Abstract】 Along with information technology’s progress, the enterprise application information system has also changed differently. Since the 1960s, the enterprise has begun to process the daily transaction data with the computer, which has saved the manpower and enhanced the data accuracily and effectively. The computer informationization and the industrial control automation work of YAN Ore Group Limited Company have independently gone through near 30 years. The company has successfully developed the multi-wrap independent movement automation control system, the environmental monitoring system as well as the closed circuit TV system and so on. These products have played very important role in the many safity and procuction fields. However, for the mine informationization, these subsystems goes independently, which make it is imposible to realize the information share and network browse freely. Accordingly, it caused“the automated isolated island”and“the information isolated island”phenomenon and then limited the most information function.Precisely in view of the above question, the Shandong Province coal administrative bureau takes the information technology the application and the development, the special organization was related the personnel to form the technical attack group, developed a GIS system together, came to manage the mineral resource scientifically, raised the working efficiency, increased enterprise’s economic efficiency and the social efficiency. Take the GIS technical science management mineral resource as the subject, uses the GlS technology tool, uses the graph graphic language and the simple computer turn of expression, for the Shandong Province mineral resource’s development management, the low cost fast highly effective mining behavior provides the scientific basis. And carried on the experiment take yan the ore group Limited company’s mining present situation as the experiment site, the effect has been good. Realized from the mine resources, the mining plan optimized, the design, the productive plan and mines the environment the digitization, the simulation and the visualization; The establishment take the optical fiber, divulges the electric cable or the wireless communication as the main body multimedia communication network, forms the pronunciation, the video frequency and the data the network system which transmits with the net, realizes mine data distributional sharing; Has realized mine data and so on production process, equipment, security and mining environment monitoring automatic gathering, the intelligent analysis and visualization processing; Has realized to the mine hoist, the transportation, well ventilated, systems and equipment’s and so on draining water intellectualized centralized monitor; Realizes the mine production personnels and mobile equipment’s localization, the track and the production process intellectualization dispatches and controls, promotes the mine comprehensively production management and the policy-making scientific nature.
