于洪区人事局档案管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 本人事档案管理系统以于洪区人事局人事管理系统的开发过程作为主线,分析了系统设计的流程以及各个阶段需要完成的任务,探讨了系统开发中所涉及的关键技术,对系统的主要特性和存在的不足之处做出了总结,并提出了今后工作的发展方向以及最终的目标。我们将于洪区人事局提出的人事档案管理需求作为背景,其目的是为了提高本单位人事管理的效率,适应现代的企业制度要求,推动企业的科学化和规范化管理。我们开发的人事档案管理以ORACLE作为数据库,利用DREAMWEAVER作为开发工具对系统进行设计来实现员工的信息查询、管理以及报表管理等功能,使公司的人事档案管理达到了办公自动化以及信息共享的目标。对B/S和C/S结构做出了比较,并对数据的规范性以及完整性做出了解决。本系统充分的利用了三层体系结构(客户端/应用服务器/数据库服务器)的优点,让客户端和服务器端数据不一致的问题得到了有效的解决。并对人事档案系统进行了安全方面的设计,建立了从网络层、系统层以及应用层面的安全机制以及科学的安全管理体系,更强的保护了数据的安全。本系统的开发经历了可行性研究、用户需求分析、数据分析以及功能模块的设计,在规定了编码风格以及界面风格的基础上进行了编码和调试,最终实现了于洪区人事档案管理系统的查询、统计、维护等功能。本系统以人事档案信息为中心,对公司的人事变动情况进行管理,涉及到所有的部门,这对人事管理人员来说非常重要,满足了用户的需求,并最终投入了使用,对人事档案管理的规范化起到了非常重要的作用。目前,本系统已经投入使用并已平稳运行,效果良好,但在用户使用过程中暴露出来的问题和不便利的地方还要及时的做出修改,探索更新的模式,更好的为用户提供服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 The personnel file management system YuHongQu personnel bureau in the development process of personnel management system, analyzes the system as main design process and the task of all phases need to finish, discusses the system development of key technologies involved in the main characteristics of the system and the existing deficiencies made a summary, and brings forward the development direction of the work and the final goal.We will put YuHongOu personnel bureau of the personnel file management needs as background, the goal is to improve the efficiency of this unit personnel management, adapt to the modern enterprise system request, and promote enterprise’s scientific and standardized management.We develop personnel file management to ORACLE as database, using DREAMWEAVER as development tool to design implementation of the system of information query, management staff and statements management function, make the company’s personnel file management reached the office automation and information sharing goal. The B/S and C/S structure made, compare and analyze data and integrity of the normative made solution.The system fully utilize a three-leyered structure (client/application server/database server) advantages, let the client and the server is inconsistent data problem has been effectively solved. And the personnel file system safety design, builds from the network layer, system layer and the security mechanism and application layer scientific safety management system, better protect data security.This system development experience on the feasibility study, the user needs analysis, data analysis and function module design, stipulated in the coding style and interface style is conducted on the basis of the coding and debugging, and finally achieved YuHongOu personnel file management system inquiry, statistics, maintenance, and other functions. This system to personnel file information as the center, the personnel changes to the company on management, involving all the department of personnel management personnel, this is very important, meet the needs of users, and finally into the use of the standardization of the personnel file management has played a very important role.At present, this system has been put into use and has good effectiveness, smooth operation, in use process in user existend problems and not convenient places will prompt changes, explore the mode, update provide a better service for our customers.更多还原
