信息化项目管理系统-Convero的设计与部署

【摘要】 石油化工行业是国家重要的能源支柱行业,石油工程项目具有投资大、工期长、施工强度高、参与单位复杂等特点,采用一套基于PMC的项目管理软件,能很好的进行石油化工项目的管理。为了使项目得到有效的控制,利用现代化信息技术对项目进行管理成为当前工程项目管理的必然发展趋势;工程项目本身的复杂性决定了,规划统一的管理信息平台是项目管理工作中的一项非常具有挑战性的任务。本文以围绕convero软件的实施为主体,结合项目管理和信息集成等相关理论,根据项目建设过程中的管理要点,本文主要研究分析了该项目管理软件所包含的各项功能,分别建立了费用管理、物资管理、文档管理、设计与服务管理、施工管理等模块的管理信息流程,确定了各个模块的数据流程图。在建立了功能模块的基础上,论述项目管理软件部署过程。最后,本文论述了系统在项目中实际实施和应用的情况,为今后系统的完善和升级总结了经验、提出了建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Petrochemical industry is the important national energy pillar industry, petroleum engineering projects with characteristics of great investment, long construction period, high intensity, complicated participation units, implying a set of project management software based on PMC, can be very good for petroleum chemical engineering project management.In order to effectively control project, the use of modern information technology on project management is a trend. The complicity of project itself make united management platform to be a very challenging tasks.Based on the implementation of convero software, combined with the project management and information integration theory, according to the course of construction management, this paper mainly studies and analyses each function of the project management software, establish the cost management, respectively, document management, materials management, service management, design and construction management module, the flow of information management, data flow chart of the modules and established data flow chart for each modules. On the basis of each module’s function, the interfaces between modules are built according to business requirement. Finally, this paper discusses the system in the actual project implementation and application situation for the future of the system, and summarizes the experience and upgrades are proposed.更多还原
