基于VB的企业人事管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着企业的规模不断扩大,员工数量急剧增加,有关员工的各种信息量也成倍增长。企业在一般日常工作中需要对企业人员组成,考勤情况,工作评估和工资信息进行管理。企业人事信息管理系统就是为此设计出的一套应用软件。其设计语言为Visual Basic 6.0,数据库采用SQL Server2005。系统开发主要是实现企业人事信息关系的系统化,规范化和自动化。根据数据管理的不同需要,分成五个模块,分别是员工基本信息管理,员工工资管理,员工工作评价管理,员工考勤管理,系统管理。整个系统完成的功能为:员工信息的添加、维护、查询,修改;员工考勤信息的添加、维护、查询;员工工作评价信息的添加、维护、查询;员工工资信息的添加、维护、查询。系统管理包括密码管理和用户添加。整个系统从符合操作简便、界面友好、灵活、实用、安全的要求出发,完成人事管理的全过程,包括新进员工加入时人事档案的建立、老员工的转出、职位等的变动引起职工信息的修改、员工信息查询、统计等人事管理工作以及新进员的新增、老员工修改等管理工作。经过实际使用证明,本文所设计的人事管理系统可以满足公司人事管理方面的需要。本系统除了对人事信息管理系统的各个功能模块作了详细的介绍,还附有各功能模块的主界面,还可通过WEB进行实时浏览。在功能叙述过程中配有插图,帮助更好的理解和使用该系统的功能内容。

【Abstract】 Along with the constant expansion of the enterprise scale and the rapid increase of the employee number, all kinds of information and data of the employees in enterprises are doubled. It is demanded by enterprise to manage the daily data on the employee’s organizing, work attendance, performance evaluation and payroll. The enterprise human resource management system is designed as an application software to achieve above purpose, for which the design tool is Visual Basic 6.0 and database software is SQL Server 2005.The main purpose of the system development is to realize systematism , standardization and automatization of the human resource, which can be separated into five sections based on different database management, the management of staff basic information,the management of staff salary, the management of staff work evaluation, the management of check on work attendance, system management. The whole functions of it are as follows:appending the staff information, maintenance,inquire information,modification information and so on. The management of password and appending users are included in the system management. The wholly system can be opertated simply with good interface and flexibility as well as practical and secure. And the human resource management system can be carried out during the process smoothly, including setting up the new staff’s files, the old staff’s transfer, the change of position and other information,query the information of staff, and any other information of human resource management, which contains the work of enrolling new staff and modification of old ones. It can meet the need of human resource management in a company which has been proved practical by using it.The system of human resource management introduces every secitions in detail as well as the attached interface of each section.what’s more, we can browse it by WEB. The statements of each function with illustrations is better to understand and know how to use its functions and so on.
