公司员工考核评价管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着计算机的普及和计算机科学技术的飞速发展,人们开始越来越多地利用计算机解决实际问题。人员信息管理是企业信息管理的重要部分,面对大量的人事信息,采用人力处理既浪费时间、又浪费人力和物力,并且数据的准确性低。因此,开发一个界面友好,易于操作的基于C/S架构的企业人事管理系统软件进行自动化处理变得十分重要,这正是本系统开发的目的和意义。公司员工考核评价管理系统是典型的信息管理系统,它实现了企业绩效考核的系统化、规范化和自动化。本系统以Visual Basic为前台应用程序的开发平台,以SQL Server 2000为后台数据库开发工具,实现了一个集员工基本信息的管理,以及考核信息和工资信息管理的信息管理系统,同时把员工的工资与出勤信息和工作评价信息紧密联系起来。公司员工考核评价管理系统是典型的信息管理系统。

【Abstract】 With the popularity of computer and rapid development of computer science, more and more people began to use computers to solve practical problems. Employee info is an important part of enterprise information management. In the face of a large number of personnel information, using human resource to deal with that is a waste of time, a waste of human and material resources, it would even lower the accuracy of the data. Consequently, the development of a user-friendly, easy to operate, basing on the C/S structure of the enterprise personnel management system which is to automate processing has become very important, that is actually the development of this system’s purpose and meaning.Company employee Performance Assessment Management System is a typical MIS. It realizes the function of systematization, standardization and automatization. Visual Basic is the tool of exploitation. SQL Server 2000 is the tool of creating database. The system completes the management of employee’s base information, examine information and pay information. It creates a close connection among three information entities.
