金华技师学院校教务管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 教务管理是学校教学工作的主要环节,也是一项十分繁杂的工作,涉及到学生、教师和教学等多个方面。随着我国中职教育的大众化,学生的规模越来越大,学校的各种设施日益完善,大多学校已经建立了校园网,信息化程度日益提高。办学规模的扩大也带来了教务管理工作的大量增加,传统的教务管理手段已经不能适应现代化教学管理的要求,因此,采用先进的信息技术来辅助教务管理工作,以提高教务管理工作效率和教学管理水平是十分有必要的。金华市技师学院是广东省国家级重点中专,近几年学校规模不断扩大,开设的专业也逐渐增多,但学校的教务管理工作仍然大多采用手工的方式,工作效率很低,与学校的发展极为不相符。2006年,学校投入大量资金建设了校园网,为学校教务管理工作实现信息化打下了坚实的硬件基础,开发教务管理系统的各种条件已经具备。本课题根据金华市技师学院的实际情况,依托校园网,对学校教务管理系统进行了设计和实现,在参考国内外开发教务管理系统的经验和先进技术的基础上,使用ASP.NET开发技术,以SQL SERVER2000为后台数据库,设计并实现了基于C/S模式和B/S模式混合的教务管理系统。本课题按照软件系统的设计与实现的基本要求和规范化步骤,分析了教务管理系统的总体功能的设计、系统架构的设计、主要功能模块的设计和后台数据库的设计。并对实现教务管理系统的核心问题——教务工作的各个业务流程进行了详细、系统的分析,并提出了在系统中的解决方案。最后对成绩管理和选课管理模块进行详细分析、设计和实现,实现了以教学计划为主线的教务管理系统。系统投入试用后,能够满足学校教务管理工作的各项要求,系统运行比较稳定,数据的安全性和准确性良好,能够完全代替学校教务管理的手工操作。更多还原

【Abstract】 The educational administration management is the school teaching profession key link, is also a very numerous and diverse work, involves to the student, the teacher and the teaching and so on many aspects. Along with our country medium vocational education’s popularity, student’s scale is getting bigger and bigger, school each kind of facility consummates day by day, mostly the school already established the campus net, the information degree enhanced day by day. Scale of study programs expansion also brought educational administration supervisory work massive increase, the traditional educational administration management tool had already not been able to adapt the modernization teaching management request, therefore, used the advanced information technology to be auxiliary the educational administration supervisory work, raised the educational administration supervisory work efficiency and the teaching management level is very necessary.Guangdong Province electronic technology school is the Guangdong Province state-level key specialized middle school, in recent years the school scale expands unceasingly, the start specialty also gradually increases, but the school educational administration supervisory work still mostly selected the manual method, the working efficiency is very low, does not tally extremely with the school development. The school investment massive funds have constructed the campus net in 2006, realized the information for the school educational administration supervisory work to build the solid hardware foundation, development educational administration management system management system’s each kind of condition had already had. This topic acts according to Guangdong Province electronic technology school the actual situation, depends on the campus net, carried on to the school educational administration management system management system has designed and realizes, in referred to the domestic and foreign development educational administration management system management system’s experience and in the vanguard technology foundation, used the ASP.NET development technology, take SQL SERVER2000 as the backstage database, designed and has realized based on the C/S pattern and the B/S pattern mix educational administration management system management system. This topic according to software system’s design with the essential requirements which and the standardized step realizes, has analyzed the educational administration management system management system’s overall function design, the system construction design, the major function module design and the backstage database design. And to realized the educational administration management system management system’s core question - - educational administration work each operation flow to carry on detail, system’s analysis, and proposed in system’s solution. Finally and chose the class administration module and the result management model, to design and to realize, has realized take the plan of instruction as the master line educational administration management system management system. After system investment test, can satisfy the school educational administration supervisory work each request, the systems operation is quite stable, the data security and the accuracy are good, can replace the school educational administration management completely the manual operation.更多还原
