【摘要】 《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强和改进新时期体育工作的建议》突出强调青少年体育要以学校为重点,密切跟踪世界竞技体育新动向,巩固原有的优势项目,拓展新的优势项目,不断提高球类等集体项目的竞技水平。青少年时期(特别是高中)是身心健康和各项身体素质发展的关键时期,篮球运动的开展对促进青少年思想品德、智力发育、审美素养的形成都有不可替代的重要作用,可见,篮球运动的开展符合世界教育改革的潮流。安徽省现有13个省辖市和4个地区,管辖8个县级市、54个县。“皖西”位于大别山北麓,是大别山区域中心城市,现辖金安、裕安两区和寿县、霍邱、金寨、霍山、-舒城五县,以及省级六安经济技术开发区和叶集改革发展试验区。全市总面积17976平方公里,占全省12.9%,为安徽省面积最大的地级市。本人根据当前安徽省篮球运动整体发展情况并结合皖西地区的现状,选择示范性高中这一特殊群体进行研究,针对影响高中篮球运动的因素进行分析,提出合理化建议,希望能对推动该地区甚至整个安徽篮球运动的发展有所帮助。本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法对皖西地区32所示范性高中进行分层抽样调查,以皖西地区32所示范性高中学生和老师为调查对象。运用SPSS软件对问卷调查所得数据进行常规统计,获得基本的数据,并对获得的基本数据进行相关分析和交叉分析。调查结果显示该地区示范性高中篮球教学的开展存在的问题表现在篮球课教学、课外篮球活动、课余篮球训练与竞赛三个方面;1.教育行政部门和各级各类学校在提倡素质教育的背景下,对新课标的贯彻执行力度不够,未结合实地情况,制定出具体措施。2.皖西地区32所示范性高中篮球运动的开展具备较好的基础和篮球氛围,但受经济和历史因素的影响,再加上高考指挥棒下的学习压力,示范性高中的现实开展情况并不好。3.篮球技术课存在教学方式方法、组织形式传统、单一,教学目标不明确,教学观念转变不足,对男女生差异性考虑不够,对篮球考核成绩要求过低,学生学习的认真态度不高。在篮球理论课方面存在教学时数太少,规定教学内容完成质量不高,现代教学手段运用较少,无法满足当代高中生学习的需要。4.很多学校对课外篮球活动不重视,场地设施有限,导致每天参加课外篮球活动的学生都是固定群体,并没有培养更多不会打篮球的同学参与到篮球活动中。5.课余篮球训练与竞赛存在篮球专项教师、经费不足,教练员激励机制不完善,赛制度不合理,竞赛水平低,参赛资格审查漏洞多,最主要的是,未建立以篮球人才培养体系为主的多渠道、多形式的培养模式和输送体制。针对以上结论,建议做好以下工作。1.示范性高中享受在教育资源配置上优先考虑的特权,各级教育行政部门要建立与新课程相配套的学校评估、督导机制,加强对学校实施新课程的评估和督导。2.在篮球课教学中要考虑到篮球教学的特殊性,在革新以往的教学内容、方式方法和手段、选择合理的教学组织形式的同时,引导教师积极创设以学生为中心的教学环境,提高课堂教学的有效性。大力推进信息技术在教学过程中的应用,促进信息技术与学科课程的整合。3.课外篮球活动应加强篮球专项经费投入和学校重视,成立“体育超市”型兴趣小组,学校制定明确的场地管理和分配制度,篮球老师加强指导,拓展校园篮球人口,活跃校园篮球氛围。4.课余篮球训练与竞赛要加强教练员的培养和培训,拓宽训练经费来源渠道,健全竞赛管理体制,增加各种级别的比赛,加强对外交流,疏通层层衔接的篮球后备人才培养体制,开辟竞技篮球人才培养的新路子。更多还原

SPSS software of questionnaire survey data from routine statistics, receive basic data, and to have the basic data of the correlation analysis and cross analysis.Survey results indicate that the area demonstration high school basketball development of the movement existing problems in the basketball teaching performance, extra-curricular activities, basketball after school basketball training and competition from three aspects, 1. The education administrative departments and schools of various levels in advocating quality-oriented education under the background of the implementation of new course standard, inadequate not based on the situation, formulate specific measures. 2. What WanXi region 32 model-setting high school basketball development of the movement has relatively solid foundation and basketball atmosphere, but by the economic and historical factors, plus the university entrance exam baton under the pressure of study, demonstrativeness high school reality development situation is not good. 3. Basketball section exist in teaching methods, organization form tradition, single, the teaching goal not clear, teaching conception change is insufficient, of gender differences in basketball consideration is not quite low, assesses achievement demands of students’ study earnest manner is not high. In the basketball theory course teaching hours are too few, provisions teaching content finish quality is not high, the modern teaching means to be used less, cannot satisfy the needs of contemporary students to learn. 4. Many schools of extracurricular activities not value, basketball facilities Co., LTD, resulting in every part in extracurricular activities are the students’ basketball fixed group did not develop more won’t play basketball students involved in the basketball activities. 5. After school basketball training and competition exists basketball special teachers, insufficient funds, coaches, the imperfect incentive system irrational, competition and low level of qualification examination loophole, most of all, has not been established on basketball talent cultivation system mainly of multi-channel, many forms of training mode and conveying system.In view of the above conclusions, suggested after completing the following job. 1. Demonstration in high school education resource allocation enjoy priority privileges, all levels of education administration departments shall establish and new course of supporting the school evaluation, steering mechanism, strengthen implementing new courses for school evaluation and supervision. 2 in the basketball teaching should consider the particularity in the basketball teaching reform the traditional teaching contents, methods and means, the rational choice of teaching organization form at the same time, teachers will actively creating student-centered teaching environment, improve classroom teaching effectiveness. Vigorously promote information technology in the teaching process, to promote the application of information technology and curriculum integration. 3. Extracurricular basketball activities should strengthen basketball special funds for investment and school value, the establishment "sports supermarket" type of interest groups, the school formulation explicit site management and distribution system, teachers to strengthen guidance, expand the basketball campus basketball population, active campus basketball atmosphere. 4.
