【摘要】 随着计算机技术应用的发展与普及,计算机技术逐渐转向生产领域,无论是在生产过程的自动控制方面,还是在信息和高新技术领域,计算机技术为改进管理水平,提高企业生产效益开拓了广阔的前景,同时,在其他领域也发挥了巨大的作用。本文主要讨论材料核算控制管理系统的技术研究与开发,研究课题来自于江西某能源环保股份有限公司的实际工程项目,目的是将材料核算控制管理系统纳入到该企业的具体应用中,使得企业在管理层面上,环环紧扣,实现标准化作业。从而提高各环节的沟通、衔接等办事效率,能更好的为下个工序服务,流程清晰,数据易于取得,进而为企业各层管理人员提供有力的数据支撑,管理更加结合设计。最终将提高经济效益,意义重大。本文的材料核算控制管理系统采用了便于操作和维护的Microsoft SQL Server2000的数据库和Microsoft Visual Studio2008的开发工具,在整个系统的设计与开发过程中,主要从以下几个方面对系统进行了研究与论述：1、确立本系统的研究方向,把提高系统可操作性、实现人机对话,加强系统的安全性能,适用于新财务制度作为设计思想的三个基本原则,并努力向这个方向发展。2、把材料核算控制管理的手工模型转化为电算化模型。根据会计电算化的特点,建立材料核算微机化模型。3、对材料核算控制管理系统进行了数据分析和功能分析,做出了总体设计及数据库设计,并得到了系统的功能结构图,为系统的开发设计打下坚实的基础,且形成了自己的设计思想。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development and popularization of computer technology application, Computer technology has gradually turned into production areas, whether in the production process of the automatic control,but also in the information and high-tech areas, computer technology for improving the management level and production efficiency opens up a broad prospects. and at the same time, it also play a tremendous role in other areas.This article mainly discuss the technology research and development of material accounting control management system. The research is from engineering projects of JIANG XI ENERGY&ENVIRONMENT CO.,LTD, The purpose is to put the material accounting management system in to the concrete application of the enterprise. and this can make the enterprise management mode have the initiative, planed, and arranged procedures of operation, in order to improve the enterprise efficiency and supply the better service for the customers.Then this material accounting control management also provide an emollient basis on the management and decision-making for the enterprise various personal manager effectively. finally, it can greatly improve the work efficiency and economic benefit and has the extremely vital significance.The material accounting control management of this paper uses a Microsoft SQL 2000 database and Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 development tools, which is convenient to operate and deal with the maintenance. In the whole design and development of this system, the studied and discussed achievement for the system is in the following aspect:1.Establish the research direction of the system, improving the operability of system, realizing the man-machine dialogue and strengthening the security of the system performance and applying to the new financial system is as three basic principles of design thought, and striving to this the development of this direction 2.Transform the manual model of material accounting control management into the computerized model.and establish material accounting micro-computerized model according to the characteristics of computerized accounting computerization.3.Make the data and function analysis for the material accounting control management system,and also make the overall design and database design and get the function structure of the system. it lays a solid foundation for the development and design of the system. and form its own design thought.更多还原
