面向单件生产方式的计划与排程系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 全球经济一体化格局的加强为制造业的飞跃发展提供了广阔的平台,这就要求制造企业进行高质与高效的生产和管理,制造业的迅速发展不仅带来了企业技术创新的挑战,对企业生产管理方式也提出了更高的要求。制造业信息化管理水平的高低直接影响着企业的生产效率,是企业综合实力的象征和市场竞争力水平的标志。随着企业生产分工与协作的加强,不同产品制造工艺流程精细化程度逐渐提升,为了满足个性化产品的需求,以及产品生产成本和生命周期的合理化,单件生产方式越来越受到企业的青睐,同时,在该方式下的企业生产计划管理与排程等车间生产控制策略也逐渐被生产管理人员所重视。本文以面向ETO生产模式的企业为模型,采用单件生产方式为研究背景,通过建立企业生产计划模型、加工车间生产排程模型与算法求解以及开发相关软件信息系统,旨在提高企业的生产控制管理水平,课题的展开包括以下几个方面内容:一、在总结企业模型相关理论知识的基础上,结合课题研究背景,采用面向对象的方法建立企业模型;同时,对该模型的实现所需的功能和技术进行详细分析。二、阐述生产计划管理理论研究成果,基于企业实际生产管理现状,提出企业生产计划管理中存在的问题,为解决这一瓶颈,建立面向单件生产企业的生产计划管理模型。三、概述生产排程相关理论知识和常规典型求解算法,构建满足企业运作和计划管理方式的加工车间生产排程模型,建立模型的算法流程;算法的求解是加工车间有向图的数学规划法与基于规则方法的应用结合,求解的目标是得到最小化制造期Cmax,并最终通过实际生产数据进行算法可行性证明。四、开发基于上述相关理论研究成果的生产计划与排程管理的信息系统,使得企业的生产、监控与管理业务一体化,提升制造企业的信息化管理水平。

【Abstract】 The strengthen of global economy integration setup provides a broad platform for the rapid development of manufacturing industry, which demands the manufacturing enterprises to do the production and management with high quality and efficiency, the quick development of manufacturing not only takes the challenge of enterprises’ technology innovation, but also puts forward higher request to the mode of production management. The high and low of manufacturing informatization management level will directly affect the production efficiency, which is the symbol of enterprise comprehensive strength and the maket competitiveness level.With the strengthen of enterprises’production division and corporation, the elaboration degrees of different products’ manufacturing process flows are gradually promoted, to satisfy the demand of individuation product, and the rationalization of production cost and lifecycle, most enterprises are increasingly in favor of job production, meanwhile, the workshop production control strategy of production plan management & scheduling under the job production mode is also gradually attached by production managers. This paper takes ETO production mode as the enterprise model, adopts the jop production pattern as the study background, through the establishment of production plan model and the job-shop scheduling model, as well as the algorithm solution and the development of software information system, so as to improve the production control management level of enterprise, the paper’s research contents can be summerized as follows:First of all, basing on the summary of interrelated theory knowdeges, combining with the topic research background, using the object-oriented method to establish enterprise model; meanwhile, analyzing the fuction and technology detaily which is need in the realization of model.Secondly, elaborating the research result of production plan management theory, basing on the enterprise’s practical magement status, bringing forward the exstent problems, so as to solving the bottlenecks, establishing the production management model for job production. Thirdly, summarizing the interrelated theory of production scheduling and generally typical solution algorithms, creating the job shop production scheduling model satisfied enterprise business operation and plan management pattern, constructing the algorithm procedure. The algorithm’s solution is the application combination for Mathematical Programming Method of job shop directed graph with Rule-based Method, the object is to get the minimum Cmax, and finally, through the actual production datas to prove the algorithm is feasible.Finally, developing the software system of production plan and scheduling management based on the above-mentioned theory research results, to make the enterprise’s production and monitoring as well as managemtn operation intergartion, and advance the manufacturing informatization management level
