【摘要】 本文通过对我国现有整体厨房橱柜家具行业标准化现状的研究调查,深入研究分析制约厨房家具标准化进程的原因,重点对如何实施标准化设计的方法进行深刻研究,以及研究如何将人机工学等各方面因素应用于实际项目中,实践验证了在标准化和实际情况下存在的一系列问题。目前,媒体厨房、家电一体化厨房受到关注,光电技术、遥测感应技术、遥控技术、计算机和自动控制技术、远红外线等技术已经开始向整体厨房,橱柜家具中渗透,对此,不仅从整体模块化橱柜的的各项因素进行研究,同时根据现有技术,结合多方资源,提出一款新型智能整体模块化橱柜。本文根据理论指导实践的思维方式,先概述人机工学原理在橱柜设计中的具体理论研究,再指导后文的实践工作。总结对模块化家具的分析,提出对现代家居中整体橱柜模块化设计的构想,通过合理的划分形成模块,建立模块、选择与组合模块,模块化实施及模块的美学设计。创造多个不同的形态并降低产品成本缩短生产周期的一种有效方法,采用模块化设计思想对整体橱柜设计进行探讨,也有利于标准化的设计和规范的管理。希望能提高厨房家具行业的市场竞争力,保持良好的发展前景。为了改变传统的厨房设备,满足人们对高品质生活的要求,本文通过对市场现有产品的研究以及对新型多功能集成厨房关键技术和要素的分析,探讨了如何有效的利用嵌入式信息软件技术,高集成硬件技术,物联网通信技术和人工模拟仿生技术等等,设计出一款智能,实用,美观时尚的多功能集成厨房。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through our existing kitchen cabinet furniture industry standardization of the overall status of research surveys, in-depth study of the standardization process constrained because kitchen furniture, focusing on how to implement the method of standardized design depth study and research how other aspects of ergonomicsfactor applied to actual projects, in practice, the actual situation in the standardization and a series of problems exist.Currently, media kitchen, integrated kitchen appliances are concerned, photoelectric technology, telemetry sensor technology, remote technology, computer and automatic control technology, infrared and other technologies have begun to whole kitchen, cabinet furniture infiltration, which not only the whole moduleof the cabinet to study the factors, but based on existing technology, combined with multiple resources, the overall proposed a new type of intelligent modular cabinets.Based on the theory into practice ways of thinking, the first overview of ergonomic principles in the specific cabinet design theory, practice and then guiding the work later.Summarizes the analysis of modular furniture, modern home in the proposed modular design concept of the whole cabinet, through the rational division of the formation of the module, create modules, selection and combination of modules, modular, and modules implementing the aesthetic design.To create many different forms and reduce product cost shorten the production cycle is an effective method, using modular design of the overall cabinet design is also conducive to standardizing the management of the design and specifications.Hope that the kitchen furniture industry can improve the market competitiveness, and maintain good prospects for development.In order to change the traditional kitchen equipment, meet the requirements of the high quality of life, the paper studies the market for existing products and new multi-functional integration of key technologies and elements of the kitchen, discusses how to effectively use the software embedded information technology, highly integrated hardware technology, communication technology and the Internet of Things artificial bionic technology, etc., to design a smart, practical, beautiful and stylish multi-functional integrated kitchen.更多还原
