【摘要】 配电网承载着向所有用户供电的任务。合理的配电网络不仅可以提高供电可靠性,而且能够节约大量的投资费用。改革开放后我国配电网面临与世界接轨的重大问题,因此对基于国际标准的配电网改造评估的研究是非常必要的。首先,本文对国际标准进行了简要介绍,分析了当前配电网标准的现状,并说明了今后国际标准研究的目的和方向。配电网的改造要满足当前经济性和安全性要求,也要着眼于未来,在国际标准的框架下,为未来智能电网的建设奠定基础。其次,本文深入探讨了配电网改造评估的指标选取。通过介绍相关国际标准,并结合现行的国内标准,对国内研究状况进行了比较详细的论述,给出了配电网升级改造的相关标准。在此基础上,本文分别对配电网可靠性评估指标及经济性、配电网供电质量评价指标、配电网供电能力评估指标、电网短路电流水平评价指标、配电网经济性评价指标、综合评估指标进行了深入的分析,介绍了实用的可靠性经济性综合评估软件,给出了配电网可靠性综合评估的方法。最后,本文结合我国基本国情,基于配电网国际标准,提出了配电网改造评估的实现过程,并且论证了其实现的可能性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Distribution network is used to supply power to all users. A power distribution network which is reasonable could not only enhance the reliability of power supply, but also save a massive of investment expenses. The distribution network in China has to face the problem that it needs to find a way to match with the world international standard after Chinese economic reform. Therefore it is quite necessary to study the appraisal of distribution network improving based on international standard.Firstly, this paper introduces the international standard briefly. It has analyzed the situation of current distribution network standard and explained the goal and development direction of the research of international standard. Transformation of the distribution network should meet the requirements of current economic and security and focus on the future. It should lay the foundation for the construction of smart grid in the framework of international standards.Secondly, this paper discusses the assessment of the distribution network transformation standard selection in-depth. By introducing the relevant international standards and combining with the existing national standards, this paper gives a detailed exposition of the situation on the domestic research and gives the relevant standards of upgrading distribution network. On this basis, this paper analyses the distribution system reliability and economy indices, quality of distribution network indices, distribution network capacity assessment indices, the level of short circuit current evaluation grid, distribution network economic evaluation indices, comprehensive evaluation indices. And it introduces a practical software of comprehensive evaluation of the reliability and economy, gives the methods of distribution network reliability comprehensive assessment.Finally, combining with Chinese basic national conditions and distribution network based on international standards, this paper gives the process of assessment of transformation of distribution network and demonstrates the possibility of its implementation.更多还原
