唐山稻地110kV变电站MSVC装置应用研究

【摘要】 伴随国民经济的迅速发展,越来越多具有非对称性、非线性和冲击性特点的民用和工业用电设备接入电网,由此产生了电网功率因数低,电压波动,电压三相不平衡,高次谐波污染等很多的电能质量污染。电力系统对电能质量所追求的目标是电网的安全、优质、经济运行,因此,电力系统对无功电压方面的控制要求越来越受到重视。为了更好的适应唐山电网发展和电力市场建设的需要,解决好电网的无功功率因数补偿和谐波滤波问题,保证电力系统安全运行的更高要求,需要一种更为理想的无功补偿技术来实现这些要求。静止无功补偿器SVC(Staticvar Compensator)是应用最为广泛的,也是解决电能质量性价比较高的一种装置。新型磁控电抗器是一种通过改变直流电流的激磁从而改变铁芯的磁饱和度的装置,工作时,可以用极小的直流功率来控制线圈铁芯的饱和程度,从而控制其感抗值和注入电网的电抗电流大小,达到平滑调节电网无功功率的目的,近年来,MCR以其优良的综合性能在静态无功补偿装置中得到了广泛的应用。本文以MCR + FC型SVC为主要研究对象,介绍了MCR + FC型SVC应用技术,并根据唐山稻地110kV变电站负荷的实际需要采用该技术进行了工程设计实施,设备安装投运后,在社会、经济、技术方面取得了良好的效果。

Electric power system on the quality of the goal is to network security, quality, economic performance, therefore, the power system’s control of reactive power and voltage requirements of more and more attention.Adapt to the development of Tangsan Power Grid and electric power market construction, Needing to be a kind of is more ideal of compensate a technique without the achievement to carry out these requests.Static Var Compensator SVC (Staticvar Compensator) is the most widely used, but also solve the high cost of a power quality device New magnetron reactor is a DC current by changing the excitation to alter the magnetic core saturation of the device, the work can be used to control small DC power coil core of the saturation level, so as to control the inductance value And reactance into the current size of the grid to achieve a smooth adjustment of the purpose of reactive power grid in recent years, MCR its excellent overall performance in the static reactive power compensation devices have been widely used.In this paper, MCR + FC-type SVC as the main object of study, describes the MCR + FC-type SVC application technology, and according to the Tangshan Daodi the actual needs of 110kV substation load carried by the technology implementation of the project design, equipment installation put into operation, in the community , Economy, technology has made good results.
