【摘要】 在经济全球化、竞争国际化、信息网络化、知识资源化的时代背景下,供应链中的企业面临着空前的机遇和挑战。这些机遇和挑战也给供应链管理研究赋予了时代的特色。因此,研究如何利用先进的管理理念和现有的信息技术,合理有效的实施供应链协同,提升供应链的竞争力具有十分重要的理论价值和现实意义。本文总结了协同供应链与协同计划的研究现状。并重点从供应链协同的基本理论、协同方法、供应链计划的战略规划研究、计划模型与优化算法、计划系统与技术支持的角度分别进行了现状研究。结合供应链协同中的契约研究中的报童模型,沦证了批量折扣契约与收益共享契约两种契约模式的有效性,并凡结合契约模式分别建立了单产品单阶段的简单供应链协同模型与多产品多阶段的复杂供应链协同模型。将粒子群算法引入供应链优化模型的求解中,分别针对单产品阶段的简单供应链协同模型与多产品多阶段的复杂供应链协同模型提出了优化方法,并通过实例验证了方法的有效性。将成熟度理论应用到供应链中来,结合供应链协同理论,建立供应链协同成熟度模型。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the background of rconomic globalization,international competition,information networks,knowledge resources,the supply chain enterprises are facing unprecedentedopportunities and challenges.These opportunities and challenges given to supply chainmanagement characteristics of the times.Therefore,how to use of the advanced management concepts and existing information technology,reasonable and effectiveimplementation of supply chain collaboration,improve the competitiveness of the supply chain of great theoretical and practical significance.This article summarizes the Collaborative Supply Chain and Collaborative Research program . And focus from the basic theory of supply chain collaboration ,collaborative approach.supply chain planning strategic planning studies,planning models and optimization , planning systems and technical suppofl point respectively.Combination with the supply chain collaboration in the newsboy model of contract research,demonstration of the two contracts of volume discount contracts and revenue sharing contract model effectiveness,and contract models were established with the single product single-stage supply chain coordination model and a simple multi-product complex multi—stage supply chain coordination model.Introduce of the PSO for solving supply chain optimization models,respectively, proposed optimization method for the simple single-product single—stage supply chain coordination model and the complexity of multi·-product multi·-stage supply chain coordination model,the method was verified effectiveness by the example.Using the theory of maturity model into supply chain management and combinate the theory of maturity model and supply chain coordination theory building a maturity model of supply chain.更多还原
