【摘要】 论文的选题围绕着大学生就业指导中的思想政治教育问题展开。思想政治教育是随着时代发展而不断发展的学科,大学生就业问题的凸显为思想政治教育工作提出了新问题、新挑战。论文首先对大学生就业制度变迁进行了梳理,然后对当前我国大学生因就业压力引发的思想和心理上的困惑和误区进行了研究。在此基础上,分析了思想政治教育在大学生就业教育中的重要意义及目前存在的问题和不足。论文最后重点研究了加强大学生就业思想政治教育工作的方法,有效地实现就业指导和思想政治教育的有机结合,使思想政治教育更好地融入到大学生就业指导中,以寻求缓解大学生就业压力的实现路径。论文分七部分进行分析研究。论文的第一部分是绪论,主要阐述论文写作的背景和意义,对近年来国内外学者、专家的研究状况进行了综述;第二部分对大学生就业制度变迁进行了梳理,对目前高校大学生就业形势的有利和不利因素进行了分析;第三部分结合当前严峻就业形势,对我国大学生思想和心理上极易出现的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策;第四部分对思想政治教育在大学生就业指导中的地位和作用进行了分析和研究;第五部分对大学生就业思想政治教育教育中存在的问题进行了分析;第六部分重点研究了加强大学生就业指导中思想政治教育的具体对策,这是论文的重点;第七部分是结论与展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 The subject of the paper is the university students’employment guidance in the ideological and political education, the ideological and political education is a continuously developing science. Faced with the severe employment situation of the university students, the ideological and political education encounters the new problems and the new challenges. The paper studies on the problems and measures of employment ideological and political education of universities students according to the problems in nowadays.The following presents the structures of the paper.The first part mainly represents the background and meaning of the paper, making a general description to both domestic and foreign scholars and experts in recent years; The second part comb the history of the university student employment development and analyzes the favorable and unfavorable factors of the employment situation, the great change has happened in the university student employment system after our established a socialist market economy system; The third part is in the current severe employment situation, our university students are mentally and psychological problems, and presents the corresponding measures; The fourth part analyzes the employment guidance’s position and role in ideological and political teaching; The fifth part is the problems existing in the ideological and political education at the student employment; The sixth part put forward some countermeasures in strengthening student employment guidance in ideological and political education; it is the key part of this article; The last part is the conclusion and development of the thesis.更多还原
