基于动态特性机理分析的再热汽温状态变量控制系统研究

【摘要】 对于大惯性和大延迟的热工对象,常规PID控制往往不能取得令人满意的效果,尤其是火电厂再热汽温这种大滞后、大惯性以及动态特性随工况参数变化的汽温被控对象,因此再热器出口汽温的控制成为研究大型火力发电机组不可缺少的一个部分。依据再热器的结构参数和热力参数,分析计算了烟气挡板调温方式下的再热汽温动态特性,依现代控制理论中的“ITAE性能准则”来进行状态反馈极点配置及同观测器理论应用于高阶惯性环节的再热汽温控制系统,以增强系统的动态快速响应性和抗干扰能力,使系统的适应性提高。基于Matlab/Simulink对某600WM火电机组烟气挡板调节的再热汽温动态特性采用观测器状态变量反馈-前馈与PI相结合的方法进行仿真实验,并验证了该方法的有效性和优越性。

【Abstract】 Large delay and strong inertia for thermal object, conventional PID control often can not obtain satisfactory results, especially the thermal power plant reheat steam temperature of this large delay, strong inertia and dynamic changes with the working parameters of steam temperature controlled object,and reheater outlet steam temperature control of large thermal power generating units to become an indispensable item.Based on reheater thermal parameters and structural parameters,analyzed and calculated of the gas damper thermostat mode of the dynamic characteristics of reheat steam temperature,in modern control theory "ITAE performance criteria" to carry out state feedback pole placement and observer theory is applied with high inertia of the reheat steam temperature control system to enhance the rapid response of the dynamic system and anti-jamming capability, so that improving the adaptability of the system.Thermal power of a 600WM adjustable gas damper dynamic characteristics of reheat steam temperature with observer state variable feedback - feed forward PI combined with simulation methods based on Matlab / Simulink,and validate the effectiveness and superiority.
