【摘要】 本文选取微博参与构建公共领域这一新的着眼点切入,通过结合微博这种传播媒介的特征和公共领域的建构两者的内在联系,来考察我国在转型时期探求微博这种理想公共领域构建的原则和方法,并结合跨学科的相关理论对微博的理论探索提出自己的见解,以期能在丰富新闻传播学、社会学等相关理论的同时,为政府对微博的管理提供一些具有参考性的建议。在文体的框架上,前面部分着重于理论阐释,从综述入手,首先从微博的定义及其发展轨迹,传播特点、模式和操作功能、类型和经典案例对微博做一个总的论述,然后考察了近年来关于公共领域方面研究的进展,重点放在公共领域理论阐释章节,从公共领域的起源到阿伦特和哈贝马斯的概述中理解公共领域理论内涵、转型等,对公共领域理论作全景式的考察。最后讨论公共领域在我国语境下的适应性,再将其置于当下中国网络传播环境中进行考察。后面部分着重于影响分析,首先谈网络在技术可能性层面上开创的新领域,论证微博作为理想公共领域存在的可行性,其次对微博这一实体的发展进行传播学解读,从正视、反视、理性三个视角对微博建构公共领域的原则和方法作了一定的思考,并以此对发展微博这一公共领域可能的局限性作出反思。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper selects micro-blog to participate in constructing the public sphere as a new point to cut into. By combining micro-blog, one kind of media and the construction of public sphere’s inner link, making micro-blog to the ideal public sphere which has constructional principles and methods. It also proposes some own opinions on micro-blog through combining with the related theory of interdisciplinary study. Hope to enrich journalism and communication, sociology and other related theories, while micro-blog for the management of the Government provide some reference in the recommendations.In the framework of stylistic, the previous part focuses on the theoretical explanation. It starts from a summarizing statement about micro-blog, including the definition, the development, the dissemination characteristics, the patterns, the functions and types of operation, and some classical cases. Then it examines the recent research on the progress of public sphere. The key point lays on the section about the interpretation of the public sphere theory. The section starts from the origin of the public sphere, then extends to an overview of Arendt and Habermas’s public sphere, in order to have a panoramic inspection of the theoretical content of public sphere through connotation and transition theory in the public sphere. Finally talked about in the public sphere in the context of adaptability, and then placed it in contemporary China, to inspect the network communication environment.The following part focuses on impact analysis. At first, it talks about the possibility of network creating a new field on the technical level, to lead out discussion about micro-blog exists as an ideal in the field of public sphere. Second, the entity on the micro-blog interpretation of the development of communication from three angles, that is the positive, anti-visual and rational perspectives, in order to have a comprehensive interpretation on the construction of micro-blog public sphere made certain principles and methods of thinking, and thus the development of micro-blog the public sphere to reflect on the possible limitations.更多还原
