成仿吾高等教育思想研究

【摘要】 成仿吾是我国第一位革命家、文学家、教育家三者兼备的新民主主义和社会主义大学校长,他在干部教育和高等教育方面有着突出的贡献。成仿吾一生致力于教育事业,先后担任陕北公学、华北联大、中国人民大学、东北师范大学和山东大学等多所高校的校长,在长期的高等教育实践中形成了丰富的高等教育思想。在新的历史条件下,研究成仿吾的教育思想尤其是他的高等教育思想,对于当今高等教育的发展有着一定的启示作用;对于重申我国当代高校校长的角色有着一定的借鉴意义。本论文分五个部分:第一部分为引言,包括研究现状、选题意义、创新之处等内容;第二部分为成仿吾高等教育思想的形成,主要介绍了成仿吾高等教育思想形成的背景和他早期的求学经历及他后来的高校校长实践活动;第三部分为成仿吾高等教育思想的内容,主要探讨了成仿吾的办学治校观、教师观、人才观及德育观四方面内容,其中办学治校观中又论述了他的办学治校宗旨及办学治校原则;第四部分论述了研究成仿吾高等教育思想的现实意义。本文力图追寻成仿吾高等教育思想形成的整个过程,深入探究成仿吾高等教育思想的特色之处,从而揭示其思想的现实意义。

【Abstract】 ChengFangwu,China’s first revolutionary, writer and educationist, the university president in new democratic and socialist. He has great contribution to education and cadre education.ChengFangwu devoted his life to education, has served as principal in the Northern Public School, North General Assembly University, the Chinese People’s University, Northeast Normal University and Shandong University and other universities. In the long term higher education practices he created a wealth of higher education thoughts. In the new historical conditions, the study on ChengFangwu’s ideological education especially his higher education, there is a certain inspiration for the development of higher education today; and has a certain significance on the President reiterated the role of the contemporary university. The thesis is divided into five parts: The first part is an introduction, including the literature review, the significance of the topic, the innovation; the second part is the formation of ChengFangwu’s Higher Education, including the background and the formation of His early schooling experiences and his subsequent practice of University Presidents; the third part is the content of ChengFangwu’s Higher Education, including his concept on school running, teachers conception, qualified personnel view and moral education content, run and administer schools, he also discussed his view of the School Building aims and principles; the fourth part discusses the reality of Higher Education ChengFangwu’s significance. This paper try the best to explore the whole process of ChengFangwu’s Higher Education,and find the significance.
