【摘要】 随着我国高校毕业生的逐年增加,就业形势的日益严峻,知识经济的快速发展,经济全球化的不断推进,我国大学生的传统就业观念应该有所转变。同时为了实现新时期下自身全面发展的任务,以适应当今时代的需要,大学生更应该自觉树立起自主创业意识。本文从马克思主义的人的全面发展理论出发,将这一理论与大学生的自主创业意识相结合,发掘出人的全面发展理论在新时期的新内涵、新发展,并结合理论,对大学生自主创业意识的培养进行了相关探索。全文由导论、正文和结语组成。正文一共分为四个部分:第一部分:马克思主义人的全面发展思想概述。首先对马克思主义经典作家的人的全面发展理论的内涵进行阐述,并概括了马克思恩格斯关于人的全面发展的实现条件;其次概述了从毛泽东到胡锦涛几代领导集体对人的全面发展思想的发展与创新。第二部分:大学生自主创业意识的提出及提出的必要性。首先从当今时代的教育方针和相关的教育文件看到当今大学生自主创业意识不断受到重视并由教育部明确提出。接着对自主创业意识的涵义进行解析;其次从几个方面对大学生自主创业意识提出的必要性进行分析。第三部分:大学生自主创业意识的现状考察及原因分析。根据相关的资料和数据,对大学生自主创业意识的现状进行辩证分析,归纳其良好的方面和薄弱之处。并在总结的基础上,分析导致其薄弱的主观原因与客观原因。第四部分:大学生自主创业意识培养途径的思考。这是本文的核心部分,这部分着重于实践探索。结合人的全面发展理论和唯物辩证法从学校、家庭、社会、自身几个方面提出相关对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the increasing of our college graduates year by year, as well as the increasingly severe employment situation, the fast development of the knowledge economy, along with the development of the economic globalization, the traditional employment idea of college students in China should change. Meanwhile in order to achieve the task of their own development in the new era, college students are far more should consciously set up independent career consciousness to meet the needs of the time. This article starts from the Marxist theory of human’s comprehensive development, combining this theory with university students’ independent career consciousness. It unearths the new connotation, new development of the theory of human’s comprehensive development in the new period. It also conducts relevant exploration on the cultivation of self-employed consciousness combining theory. This article consists of introduction, text and epilogue. The text is divided into four parts:Part One: The overview of Marxist human’s comprehensive development thought. Firstly, expounding the connotation of theory of human’s comprehensive development raised by classic Marxist writers, and generalizing Marx and Engels’ conditions of realizing human’s comprehensive development; Secondly, it summarizes the several generation of collective leadership from MAO Zedong to hu’s development and innovation about the overall development of human thought.Part Two: The coming up with and its necessity of college students’ autonomous pioneering consciousness. First of all, we can see that today’s college students’ autonomous pioneering consciousness is constantly paid attention to and clearly put forward by the Ministry of Education from the education policy and related education documents of our times. Then the article analyzes the meaning of autonomous pioneering consciousness. Secondly, it analyses the necessity of coming up with college students’ autonomous pioneering consciousness from several aspects.Part Three: The current situations and cause analysis of college students’ autonomous pioneering consciousness. According to relevant materials and data, it analyses dialectically the current situations of college students’ autonomous pioneering consciousness, concluding the good and weakness. In addition, it analyses the subjective reasons and objective reasons which lead to the weakness on the basis of conclusion.Part Four: The thinking of the methods on how to cultivate college students’ autonomous pioneering consciousness. This is the core part of this paper, and it focuses on the practical exploration. Then, it puts forward relevant countermeasures from the aspects of the school, family, society and ourselves, combing the theory of human’s comprehensive development with Materialist dialectics.更多还原
