【摘要】 海岸带是人类可持续发展的重要区域之一。合理规划开发和利用海岸带的各种资源,是解决好该地域的生态环境及解决当今人类社会所面临的人口膨胀和资源短缺等难题的重要途径。然而,由于人类利用强度加大和经营管理方式不当,海岸带生态环境受到一定程度的破坏,而且恶化的趋势逐渐加重,制约了人类社会可持续发展的能力。削弱了人民生活的质量。海岸带生态环境问题逐渐引起人们的关注并成为当今学术界争论和研究的重要热点。目前,海南省虽然海岸带功能区划大体完成,但是关于海岸带生态环境保护的理论研究成果还不多。海岸带生态环境保护的理论,海岸带生态系统服务的研究也仍处于探索阶段。本文在系统整理该领域研究成果的基础上,针对海南省海岸带生态环境可持续发展的实际,尤其是生态环境面临的主要问题进行了全面、系统分析。利用定性与定量相结合的方法,对海南省海岸带生态环境可持续发展进行了深入理性思考,并提出了海南省海岸带生态环境可持续发展对策与建议。论文的主体由五部分组成:第一部分:主要介绍了本论文的选题依据、国内外研究现状、研究的目的和意义、研究的思路和方法;对海岸带生态环境保护改善的必要性、重要性进行分析和意义说明后,提出本文的研究目的和创新点。第二部分:对海岸带内涵、特征、可持续发展等基础理论评述,介绍海南省海岸带的基本概况。目的是阐明海岸带的可持续发展的理念,和对海南省基本状况及客观条件等的说明,为后面做好铺垫。第三部分:主要阐述海南省海岸带生态环境的概况,面临的问题、治理的现状、来进行分析,找出引起和制约这些问题的原因所在。第四部分:在上面分析的基础上,从可持续发展战略的理念,提出海南省海岸带生态环境实施可持续发展的对策、措施。第五部分:对三亚市海岸带生态环境的具体问题和具体情况,分析三亚市的生态环境状况,存在的主要问题及对问题的分析,提出针对三亚市海岸带生态环境可持续发展的对策与措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Coastal zone is an important area of sustainable human development one.
