高速电气化铁路牵引供电安全管理研究

【摘要】 目前,我国已投入运营的高速铁路营业里程达到7431公里,居世界第一位。现在我国已成为世界上高速铁路系统技术最全、集成能力最强、运营里程最长、运行速度最高、在建规模最大的国家,引领着世界高铁发展的新潮流。伴随着高铁的发展,高铁的供电动力牵引系统也在发生着巨大的变化。高速铁路与常规铁路相比其速度高,功率大,为保证供电系统的安全,在技术上要上一个大的台阶。从常速铁路的经验可以发现,由于我国工艺水平,管理水平等方面的原因,牵引网、牵引变压器的故障率较国外要高得多。论文首先概述了高速铁路供电系统的特点和我国当前高速铁路牵引供电技术,运用安全性理论事故树分析方法对牵引供电系统中变电所和接触网典型安全问题进行定性分析,最后针对分析结果结合系统特点,对高速铁路牵引供电系统安全运行管理进行了广泛的探讨,提出了高速铁路牵引供电系统安全管理的技术性和管理措施,对安全生产管理中确保牵引供电系统安全运行、可靠供电具有一定的指导意义。

【Abstract】 By the end of 2009, our country railroad revenue kilometres amount to 86,000 kilometers, occupies second in the world. At present, has put into service the high-speed railroad revenue kilometres amount to 7431 kilometers, occupies first in the world. Now our country has become in the world the high-speed railroad system technology most entire, integrated ability to be strongest, the operation course to be longest, the running rate to be highest, to construct the scale biggest country, is eagerly anticipating the world high-valence iron development new wave.Follows the high-valence iron development, the high-valence iron power supply power traction system is also having the huge change. The high-speed railroad and the conventional railroad compare its speed to be high, the power is big, for the guarantee power supply system’s security, technically wants on a big stair. May discover from the constant speed railroad’s experience that as a result of our country technological level, aspect and so on management level reasons, tows the net.This paper firstly summarizes the characteristics of high-speed railway power supply system in our country and in high-speed railway traction power supply technique, use safety accident tree analysis theory of traction power supply system in substation and catenary typical safety problems in the qualitative analysis, finally in view of the analysis results combined with system characteristic, for high-speed railway traction power supply system safety operation management made broad discussion, puts forward the high-speed railway traction power supply system of security management of technical and management measures for the administration of production safety, securing the traction power supply system safe operation, reliable power supply has certain directive significance.
