铁路信号仿真实验室的硬件系统设计及其信号机程序测试

【摘要】 随着我国铁路的迅猛发展,各种新技术、新设备的陆续投入使用。构建动态仿真沙盘,直观反映现代城市轨道交通,建立集铁路运输运营管理、铁道信号控制技术为一体的综合性实验室势在必行。铁路信号仿真实验室是沙盘信号模型为控制对象的铁路运输管控一体实验室硬件平台,为整个实验室提供必要的仿真环境。本文通过对铁路运输管控一体实验室功能需求进行详细分析,结合铁路信号及其控制技术的现状,设计了用于铁路信号仿真实验室的铁道信号数据采集与控制卡、信号机一体化控制卡、道岔控制卡和机车控制卡等相关硬件,并编写测试程序对信号机进行测试。论文主要内容如下:1.对铁路信号仿真实验室功能进行分析,列出需要研究的内容和实现方法;2.设计铁道信号设备数据采集及控制卡,包括MCU的IO口功能分配,与运输管理系统连接接口、与机车通信无线接口、与铁道信号仿真设备通信的LIN总线接口;3.设计铁道信号仿真设备,包括一体化信号机设计、电磁道岔硬件设计和无线仿真机车硬件设计;4.分析整个系统的软件模块及功能,详细分析和设计了LIN总线协议,并编写了铁道信号设备数据采集及控制卡和一体化信号机测试程序。最终测试结果可以灵活地控制信号机的灯位状态、亮度和是否闪烁等功能,验证了硬件设计的正确性,达到设计目的。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of China’s railway, a variety of new technology, new equipments are put into use successively. Constructing dynamic simulation sand table can reflect modern urban rail transit directly. Establish the modern urban rail transit railway comprehensive laboratory which integrating the railway transportation operational management and signal control technology is imperative. Railway signal simulation laboratory is a control integration laboratory hardware platform with its control object based on sand table models .This platform provides the simulation laboratory a necessary simulation environment.By analysis the control integration laboratory’s function in detail and combining the signal and its control technology’s situation at present, the article designs some hardwares aiming at railway signal simulation laboratory. These hardwares are signal data acquisition and control card, signal integration control card, rail control card, locomotive control card and other related hardwares.The article also offers the test procedure to test railway signal.This thesis comprises several sections as follows: 1.Railway signal simulation lab function requirement analysis, list the research contents and realization method in need; 2.Design the railway signal equipment’s data acquisition and control card, including the function distribution of the MCU’s IO port, the interface with transportation management system, the wireless interface with locomotive communication, and the LIN bus interface with railway signal simulation equipment communication; 3.Design railway signal simulation equipment, including signal integration design, hardware design of electromagnetic rail and hardware design of wireless simulation locomotive; 4. Analyze the software’s modules and functions of the entire system, analyze and design the LIN bus agreement in detail. Compiled the data acquisition and control card of the railway signal equipment and compiled integration signal test procedures.The ultimate test results can control the state, brightness and flashing of the signal light flexibly, verify the correctness of the hardware design and achieved the design purpose.
