【摘要】 随着城市的现代化推进,人们对居住的需求从生理需求的满足逐步向心理需求的层次推进,人们开始意识到居住区不仅仅是满足供人居住的需求,还应该是提供日常生活中思想与情感交流的重要场所,人们对居住的外部空间环境的要求也越来越高。住区中适于居民交往空间以及具有地域性特征的居住空间回归成为当今住区景观设计的重中之重。当今的住宅小区普遍采取封闭式的管理模式。住区内部呈现结构单一化、住区景观空间孤立化以及交往活动稀少化的状态。住区外部与周围住区之间以围墙隔断,围墙不仅仅是隔断了住区之间的有机联系,还造成人们心理上的隔断。人在居住空间中生活应该是充满活力的、连续性以及多样化的。本文试引用日本建筑师黑川纪章的共生思想中的中间领域概念为指导思想,以借鉴传统居住空间中的中间领域形态以及住区景观发展的现状为参照,在住区与住区之间恢复中间领域形态,打破这种简单划的物质空间,通过融合住区与城市、住区与住区,集中原本各自分散的景观空间为一个整体,使得它们之间产生复杂的内在紧密联系,实现资源的贡献以及促进不同住区间的居民交往的联系,创造出一种含混性的居住空间的,体现出富有生机活力的时代性景观以及具有归属感的地域性居住空间。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the promotion of urban modernization, people’s demand for housing gradually progresses from physical to psychological, people began to realize that residential area should not only meet the demand for huaman habitation, but also provide an important place in which people could exchang their feelings and thoughts in daily life. As a result, people’s requirement for external living environment becomes higher and higher. Communication space for residents as well as regional characteristic of living space return back into the top priority of current residential landscape design.The residentials generally adopt the closed-end management model, on one hand, the interior of residentials is monotonous in structure and isolated in landscape, in which the communicative activities are rare. On the other hand, the external of residential is always seperated from other residentials by walls which not only cut off the organic links among the residentials, and cause people’s psychological partition.People’s life in living space should be full of vitality, continuity and diversity.This thesis cited Japanese architect Kisho Kurokawa’s the middle idea in symbotic concept as the guiding idology, taking traditional areas of living space in the middle of the morphology and development of residentials, the status of the landscape as a reference, with the purpose of breaking this simple space plan among the residentials, through the integration of residentials and cities, residentials and residentials, concentration of the original dispersed space as a whole, in order to.achieve the resources contribution promoting the residents’communications in different residentials, to creat a mixed living space, to represent modern landscape which is full of vitality and the regional living space which is with the sense of belonging.更多还原
