多重刺激响应性嵌段共聚物的制备及性能研究

【摘要】 本文利用原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)和点击化学(click chemistry)相结合的方法,制备一种结构明确、分子量分布较窄(PDI<1.3)的ABC型三嵌段共聚物PNIPAM-b-PtBMA-b-PMMAZO,通过选择性水解将PtBMA嵌段中的大部分甲基丙烯酸叔丁酯单元转化为甲基丙烯酸,得到水溶性三嵌段共聚物PNIPAM-b-PMAA-b-PMMAZO.利用FT-IR、1H-NMR、GPC、UV-Vis等分析测试方法对合成产物进行了结构确认及性质表征。结果表明:水解后的三嵌段共聚物,其水溶液对温度、pH、光具有三重响应性。聚合物溶液的临界相转变温度(LCST)约为43℃在pH=5-6范围内发生相变;经紫外光(λ=365nm)照射后,溶液的紫外可见光谱图在360nm和460nm处发生明显的吸收变化。

【Abstract】 The strategy for synthesis of ABC type triblock copolymers via a combination of "click chemistry" and atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP) was used,and a range of well-defined and relatively low polydispersity(PDI<1.3) macromonomers:Poly(N-isopropylacryl-amide)-block-poly(tert-butyl methacrylate)-block-poly[6-(4-methoxy-4’-oxy-azobenzene)-hexyl methacrylate](PNIPAM-PtBMA-PMMAZO)were successfully prepared by this method.Through selective hydrolysis of PtBMA yielding poly(methacrylic acid)(PMAA), water-solution triblock copolymers of PNIPAM-b-PMAA-b-PMMAZO were obtained.The obtained polymers were characterized by FT-IR,1H NMR,GPC and UV-Vis measurements. As a result,PNIPAM-b-PMAA-b-PMMAZO are solution in aqueous solution and show a responsive behavior to temperature(LCST),pH and UV light illumination.The LCST of PNIPAM-b-PMAA-b-PMMAZO aqueous solution was about 43℃,pH=5-6 in the range of the phase transition;by UV light(λ=365nm) irradiation,UV-visible spectra of the solution in the 360nm and 460nm at obvious absorption change.
