配网数字化与智能化数据服务与技术支持平台的设计与实现

【摘要】 实现配电网智能化是实现整个智能电网的关键环节和重要组成部分,而信息化、自动化、数字化是智能化的基础和必要条件。面向配电系统的各种有效的智能化功能的实现,尤其是企业运营决策支持功能的实现,必须建立在系统各类信息数据的全景视图之上,这就要求供配电企业具备全面整合其业务数据的能力。本文在以最新国际标准和目前国际上先进的相关理论、技术为基础,设计并实现了配网数字化、智能化数据服务与技术支持平台。这是支持实现整个配电网DMS系统全面统一规划、设计和对现行系统全面整合的基础设施。在本文中,我们依据IEC61970、IEC 61968建立配网的公共信息模型(CIM),建立各配网应用系统都会用到的公共基础数据;基于CORBA技术和数据分布服务(DDS),实现符合IEC61970规范的标准数据接口——GID接口,以GID接口作为统一的交互机制与各配网应用系统交换数据。以此实现配电网的公共基础数据服务平台。并实现IEC61970 GID代理和级联机制,整合新、老系统。对支持IEC61970 GID和CIM的配网应用系统,直接通过GID代理机制将其提供的数据整合到数据平台中;对于现有的不支持IEC61970 GID和CIM的配网应用系统,单独为其开发GID和标准模型适配器,使现有系统能够以统一数据模型和接口提供数据,从而将其整合到数据平台中。最终实现配电网的综合数据服务平台。在此基础上,建立通用技术支持平台的技术架构,实现通用技术积累,节约资源、降低开发和维护成本。本文着重描述了配网数据服务与技术支持平台中的两个组件——历史数据管理组件和单线图自动生成组件——的设计与实现。在历史数据管理组件中,使用CORBAIDL(接口定义语言)定义了组件的对外服务接口;基于Oracle Berkeley DB实现历史数据存储;基于CORBA交易服务实现对分布式访问的支持。在单线图自动生成组件中,对电气主接线的图各种接线方式进行了分类;对通用信息模型(CIM)进行了扩展,增加了描述单线图接线类型的属性;针对每一种接线方式实现相应的布局算法;最后,以Dijkstra算法为基础,实现单线图中连接点的绘制。通过建立数据服务平台,全面整合配电网各业务数据,解决了数据重复和数据不一致的问题,为配网各应用系统之间的交互提供了统一的接口,使实现配电网的智能化成为可能。并建立通过技术支撑平台,简化了数据维护工作,提高了应用系统的开发效率。

【Abstract】 The realization of intelligent distribution network is the key to and an important part of the smart grid, and informationization, automation, digitization form the basis and necessary conditions for intelligence. For distribution system, a variety of effective implementation of intelligent functions, particularly decision support functions must be built on panoramic view of information data of various types in the system, which requires one company of distribution system should have the ability to integrate all its business data.In this paper, we implement distribution network data service and technical support platform. The platform is based on the latest international standards and current international advanced theories and techniques. The platform is the infrastructure for unified planning and design of distribution network DMS. Also the platform is the infrastructure for and integration of the existing applications of distribution network.In this issue, according to IEC61970, IEC61968 specification we establish the common information model (CIM) of distribution network, and establish the common data, that will be used by distribution network applications, based on CORBA technology and Data Distribution service (DDS), implement standard data interfaces--GID, and exchange data with the distribution network application in a uniform interaction mechanism; thus the common data service platform for the distribution network. Further, this platform implements IEC61970 GID proxy and cascade mechanisms and integrates new and old application systems.For distribution network applications which support IEC61970 GID and CIM, we directly integrate their data into data service platform through the GID/CIM proxy mechanism; For existing distribution network application which does not support IEC61970 GID and CIM, we develop GID and CIM adapter separately. So the existing applications can provide data using unified data model and interface, and can be integrated into the data platform. Finally, we build the distribution network comprehensive data service platform. And on this basis, we design the common technical platform architecture and achieve a common accumulation of technology.This paper describes the design and implementation of two components of the data service and technical support platforms:the historical data management component and the single line diagram auto-generation component. For the history data management component, we define the service interface of the components using the CORBA IDL; implement historical data storage based on Oracle Berkeley DB; support distributed access using CORBA Trading Service. For the single line diagram auto-generation component, we sort the electrical wiring diagrams by connection type; extend the Common Information Model (CIM), by adding the property for connection type of single line diagram; implement a layout algorithm for each connection type; finally, we implement the drawing of connectivity node based on Dijkstra algorithm.By building data services platform, we fully integrate all business data of distribution network, make the realization of intelligent distribution network possible. And By building technical support platform, we simplify data maintenance and improve the application development efficiency.
