【摘要】 在人类历史长期的实践过程中,一个国家、一个民族必然形成自己的核心文化,这是社会系统能够得以运转、社会秩序得以维持的基本精神依托。一个国家的核心文化,不仅作用于经济、政治和社会生活的各个方面,而且对于每个社会成员的世界观、人生观、价值观都施加着深刻的影响。中国共产党在奋斗的80多年历程中,始终坚持代表先进文化的前进方向,努力探索建设反应革命、建设与改革要求相适应的新文化,我国的文化建设取得巨大发展。与此同时,我们对文化建设规律的认识也在随着实践的发展而不断深化。建设社会主义和谐文化正是在改革开放不断发展和构建社会主义和谐社会的大背景下提出的,是我们党解放思想、实事求是,在文化领域的重大创新,也是在全球化背景下和国内社会转型的特殊时期,提高我国文化竞争力,统一思想、凝聚力量,保证社会主义和谐社会顺利进行的重大举措。然而,社会主义和谐文化的建设不会一帆风顺,会遇到这样那样的问题,我们只有发现问题,查明原因,找准对策,才能有的放矢,才能充分利用有利条件把握机遇,不断在实践的基础上总结经验,冷静分析各种矛盾,努力探索和谐文化建设的客观规律并为构建社会主义和谐社会提供有效的文化源泉和精神支撑。道路是曲折的,前途是光明的,建设社会主义和谐文化,需要全党全社会长期不懈的努力,把建设和谐文化、培育文明风尚,贯穿在社会主义现代化建设的各个方面,体现在各行各业的实际工作中,在推动社会主义文化大繁荣大发展的同时,不断探索中国特色社会主义文化的发展道路。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the long-term practice process of human history, a country or a nationality inevitably form its own core culture, which is the basic spiritual support for the social system to be able operation and the social order to be maintained. A country’s core culture does not only effect on the economy, politic and social life, but also has great effect on the outlook of world, life and value for every social member. In the struggling process of more than 80 years, the communist party of China always stands for the orientation of China’s advanced culture, and tries to explore the new culture which can not only reflect the revolution, but also be suitable for the reformation. Our culture construction has made huge development. Meanwhile, our understanding of the rule of cultural construction is developing with the advancement of practice. The construction of socialistic harmonious culture is put forward under the background of the development of reform and the construction of socialistic harmonious society. The construction of socialistic harmonious also reflects the spirit that our party emancipates our mind, and tries to seek truth from facts, which is significant innovation in the field of culture. This is also a great policy that can improve our cultural competitive power, unit the thinking of people and gather strength. This policy can ensure the smoothly movement of the construction of socialist harmonious society.However, the construction of socialist harmonious culture can not be so smooth, which must encounter many problems. Firstly, we must find the problem. Then we should find out the reason of this problem. On the base of understanding of the reason, we can find the suitable solution. We must make full use of the favorable conditions, sum up the experience on the basis of practice, and calmly analyze various contradictions. After doing these things, we can explore the rule of the construction of harmonious culture and provide effective culture source and mental support for the construction of a socialist harmonious society. The road is tortuous, but the future is bright. The construction of socialist harmonious culture needs the long-term unremitting efforts of the whole party and the whole society. We must put the construction of harmonious culture and the building of civilization in the process of socialistic modernization. It should also be embodied in the practical work of all profession, In the promotion of the prosperity socialistic modernization, we must explore the development road of the Chinese characteristic culture.更多还原
